Highly rate scancom

Highly rate scancom, having used them a number of times. I once had an unusual issue to resolve, which is always a true test of a business. I found they communicated promptly and quickly found a fair solution.

Very bad coverage with useless helpdesk

I bought 1000GB 5G Three SIM card from Scancom at eBay for £120, I have checked my 5G coverage before I bought but finally it's only have 1mb~5mb data speed during the day,Postcode SM1 4DQ, no live helpdesk, just stupid useless automated chat, I do not recommend.

Do not use if you want any form of support.

Do not use if you want any form of customer service.

All support queries are dealt with via email, where their "dedicated team will provide excellent customer service. Absolute rubbish.

I was doubled billed for a number of months so I cancelled the service. The following month I have been billed again.
If you email support, your email gets ignored, if you try and call, your call gets dropped when you try and go through to finance.

No way to contact this company, it fels like they've taken my money (twice) and run!

DO NOT USE. Only reason for one star is I can't give minus stars.

Best value for data sim

I ordered an e sim but the QR code didn’t work they then sent me a sim and I was able to convert to an e sim. Best value for data sim good network coverage. I would definitely recommend scancom.

Trained support BOTs that tell lies, go elsewhere

I ordered a data sim and it simply did not work so started using the contact details to ask for assistance, almost 2 months later I am no further on as they use a BOT named Clifton. After quite a few really silly replies I asked if I could be referred to a human support person and someone came back to me claiming to be human so I tested it and asked it for the price of fish compared to a Sim card and it (the human) wrote an essay comparison. I would avoid this company as the support sucks and they are using trained bots to tell lies without any access to real support. It cannot be right that the support bot tells bare faced lies. I have written a report to OfCom and will be making a complaint about the trained liars. Do yourself a favour and find a real supplier that has some decency and standards

100% spot-on product from Scancom

100% spot-on product from Scancom.

Bought the 1000GB SIM card, straight into a router, off we went. Delivered the very next day.

Small issue of my own making. They replied back the very next day, and it was sorted.

Can't ask for anything else. Product 100%, service 100%.

I've recommended to a number of people who have gone back and purchased the same item.

A fantastic deal

I got a great deal on 25gb data every month for 23 months, now using 2 x sim cards in 4g solar cameras, monitoring wildlife. Let's look forward to a long term relationship. I will highly recommend and certainly be back for more. Thank you

Scamcom

Ordered two business SIM cards, none of them worked. Waited for a few days for activation etc.
Called Three who informed me those SIM cards were not supposed to be resold and had been disabled.
