Great value for money but coverage is temperamental
Order a EE Sim Card - Unlimited Data Oct 2027
Came straight away and had no issues converting to esim.
Great customer service - responded to emails within minutes.
I bought a unlimited 5G Three SIM card from Scancom at Amazon, I have checked my 5G coverage before I bought but finally it's only have 1mb~5mb data speed during the day, it was not able to online anyway, and Amazon said there is non refundable, I paid for over £160 bought a unlimited data but no speed SIM card
Fantastic prices, prompt delivery, excellent customer service. My go to company for all mobile and data requirements.
5* Service.
Highly recommended
This is the second product I have purchased from Scancom, a good company to deal with.
I bought the 500Gb 3 SIM taking note of the banner stating that this SIM will automatically switch between 3 and Vodafone. This does not happen as apparently my post code is not one that receives this service. 3 is really poor where I live, rarely giving more than 5 Mbps download speed in comparison with 15 Mbps or more on Vodafone. I asked Clifton at Scancom for information but he could not help. Overall a disappointing experience but maybe the 3/Vodafone merger will result in improvements over time. At least the SIM arrived quickly and works in a fashion. I doubt it will let me use more than 5GB in a month, so 495GB will be left over.
I emailed scancom with all necessary information to cancel a 30 day rolling programme SIM. The SIM was not cancelled. I sent a total of 6 emails over following days, repeating my request to cancel the SIM contract. Each time I provided all the information to cancel the SIM. A week later I was charged another £25 for renewal of the SIM contract. Scancom had still failed t cancel the SIM. It was a further 4 days before the eventually emailed me to confirm the SIM had been cancelled. The contract stated that on receipt of an email, containing the SIM number and a reference, which I provided each time, the SIM would be immediately cancelled and the service would immediately cease. Following the eventual cancellation I emailed Scancom to ask for a refund of the £25 they eroniously took from my account. They ha ve not provided any refund and have failed to respond to my emails. They do not appear to have any complaints procedure. I continue to repeat my request to Scancom support.

Bought a 36 mnth Vodafone unlimited data sim cardwhich stopped working after 8mnths. No explanation, no apology, just a snooty response from some customer service person who was clearly miffed that I got a refund.Loads of complaints on Amazon, who refunded me £649 without me even asking because they had so many complaints about this mob. I must have been mad buying from them. Never again. Avoid like the plague. Scancom.? More like Scamcom. Terrible, unreliable company and product. No interest emailing customer service as requested in reply. Got full refund from Amazon, not them. Cowboys, DO NOT TOUCH!!

The process was quick & easy. Better still the data sim was at a great price. I would definitely buy from this company again without any hesitation.

Not Scancom's fault, but next day delivery turned out to be 6 days later. Royal Mail once again getting their customers down.
