Above and beyond customer service! I recently ordered a present for my sisters new baby and when it came to delivering unfortunately DPD did not knock loud enough, it was then taken to a parcel shop nearby but when I went to the parcel shop they did not have it! I contacted DPD and they weren’t helpful so I then contacted scandiborn and immediately got told they would raise this but in the mean time send out a replacement for urgent next day delivery! The turn around was incredible and Nicola was amazing and very apologetic even with it not being their fault.
Really makes you appreciated businesses like these, I will definitely be recommending them in future.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. The “toys” are beautiful, really expertly made and an excellent quality. Customer service is first rate too! I mistakenly bought a coffee maker (duplicating another gift!), but within an hour, Keeley at customer services had sorted an exchange for me - no hassle, no hanging around, fantastic!!

Some hanging hooks were missing and the team were so efficient and helpful in sorting -big thanks to Charlotte!

My order wasn’t delivered but Nicola in the customer service department ensured a new order was sent out the next day and kept in touch until the issue was resolved. Excellent service.

Ordered a baby gym for my niece. My sign up discount code didn’t work, so I contacted customer service. It is a popular item that regularly sells out, so Charlotte advised me to order anyway and send her the order number then quickly processed a manual refund for the difference. Excellent service (& the baby gym is lovely).

This company provided excellent customer care services with a slight problem we had with an item. The item was replaced without any quibble immediately and their customer care assistant Charlotte provided a first class service. I truly recommend this company and will without doubt use them again.
