Everything went as it should be: ordered a laptop bag in their webshop on a Thursday, got it delivered the next Tuesday by mail at my home in the Netherlands. I am also very pleased with the bag itself. Beautiful leather, it looks and feels sturdy.

The quality of all 8 leather items that I have from Scaramanga is excellent. The delivery is quick and items come in a lovely fabric pouch, which is a lovely little touch. I can't fault them at all. The leather wears well and just gets better with use. Perfect!

The ordering process was easy and trouble free, and my order arrived quickly and without hassle. My satchel and purse were almost as I had expected, though I hadn't realised that the products would be embossed with 'Scaramanga.' On the satchel, this is tucked under the flap and so usually can't be seen, but the embossing could be clearer in the photos. Otherwise, however, the satchel is just as I expected, and I liked that it arrived in its own cloth bag - it had a loved and looked after feel!

Having had more bags than enough over the years, the Overlander looks like it'll be 'the one'. I ordered it on next day delivery and it duly arrived next day, all well packaged and safe. I particularly like the look, and a number of colleagues already mentioned that they liked it as well. It is a large bag, but with laptops, iPads, leads, books, pens and stuff they take up a lot of room! I'm hoping the shoulder strap will soften over time, as it did cut in a bit the first week of use. I thought the buckles might be a bit of a chore, but not at all. My hope is that the bag will simply get better over time. So nice to have something that feels well made, from good materials, that's just a bit more individual.

I bought my husband a large satchel and myself a smaller one and we both love them. They are very sturdy and yet still look amazing. We have both had lots of compliments and I am already considering another purchase.

This bag has met my expectations and more, it's lovely!

Beautiful bag. Perfect for my work as a rep carrying ipad, notebooks and various leaflets. Looks like it will last a long time as it is expertly constructed. Took a gamble by buying online but it has really paid off. Very happy. Customer services also excellent.

I bought a fantastic antique style padlock for a rustic Christmas Eve chest I made for my son and I was over the moon with the price (under £10) and the size and quality of the product when it arrived!! I'd been looking for a padlock for while on various websites but couldn't find anything under £25, so Scaramanga was a great find. Excellent service and fast delivery. I have been wanting a satchel since I saw them last year and I am not disapointed. It is lovely. Great quality and on sale so a great bargain.

Seems to be well made and leather looks like it will improve with age.

Bought a product but left the same thing in the basket. Got auto email next day offering 10% off as they thought I hadn't bought it. Asked for extra off, they apologised and said I shouldn't have got the email, and I wouldn't get the extra 10% as I had already bought it in the sale. No integrity at all.

Best satchel I've ever seen. My partner who received it as a gift agrees. The natural leather is starting to age beautifully. No fake colours of leather sealers. Amazingly crafted product. I will definitely buy from them again.
