The leather clutch I receive was of a good quality and exactly what I wanted.Parcel was carefully packaged and was delivered within the time frame expected.

I ordered on Saturday for next day delivery. I know I should have read t&cs but didn’t. Obviously my parcel didn’t arrive next day, but my gripe is they still took the extra postage cost for next day delivery, knowing full well it wouldn’t arrive, then refused to refund the extra I paid.lesson learned. Read t&cs

The box was not in great condition with 2 large holes at the back. I didn't expect it to be anywhere near perfect but I wish I had asked for pics before I bought.

I have bought goods from this company for around 15 years now, and they have never let me down. The quality of the goods has always been excellent, from the smallest coin purse costing a few pounds to a large leather bag costing over a hundred the quality is consistent throughout. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in an instant.

The 3 stars are for the good customer service including a prompt refund. We were really excited to find a vintage chair in plain steel or brown which we bought. I emailed to ask for one of each colour to go with our new concrete resin dining table. We were really disappointed to receive an email the next day to tell us they were no longer available. It's really frustrating when online companies don't keep on top of their website and sell stuff no longer available. The alternatives offered were very different and of a very inferior quality to the ones we bought, awful in comparison. They were nothing like the ones I'd bought.It also doesn't give me confidence when they have more than one for sale and put this in the description either
'Orders for more than one chair will be made up of a mix of chair makers, shades of brown and colour finishes, there may also be small variations in the shape and style of each chair.'
I think with this kind of item it is really important to be able to choose what you are actually buying when the quality and styles can obviously differ. You just get to see the stock photo 🤷
