Love Scaramanga, we bought a great table which is in use, some brick moulds which we love and a tin box, Scaramanga got in touch with photos to let us pick the box we wanted. Excellent service!

I bought a table and 4 chairs in rustic brown, I am delighted with my purchase. It was a good heavy quality table with matching metal chairs, and it all folds down so can be stored away. The service was amazing delivery was within a couple of days so I will definitely be using this site again

The tray for the glasses is great however, the image shows glasses that fit the carrier. Therefore, disappointing that no glasses were with the piece.

The saddle bag is beautiful. It's a gift for a friend who admired my bag.

My 4 vintage fold up chairs turned up filthy and with several broken rubber foot stoppers. Customer services were very responsive and sent out replacement feet (so I would give that aspect of the service 4 stars) but told me that all the chairs would have been wiped down and lightly waxed before being sent out. This definitely had not happened and the amount of dirt that I wiped off the chairs was unbelievable. The feet themselves were caked in mud (both on the inside and outside of the rubber stoppers) so there’s no way they could have sent the chairs out without knowing that. They would also have known about the broken feet so I assume were just hoping I wouldn’t notice. Nice chairs though (once cleaned!).

Things don’t always go to plan, but it’s how it is resolved that is important. In this day and age, it is refreshing to experience customer service like that of scaramanga. They clearly value the customer and offer a great range of products to boost!
