I wanted a particular poster (to suit the recipient's interests) and requested this on the order form. I subsequently received a phone call from customer service to confirm this detail. I then received a second call to confirm that colleagues in the supply department had checked to make sure that that particular poster was still available (there was only one of each poster). Good customer service. Poster was just as described, thanks. Delivery was good too.

Great product well made, really pleased with service and will buy from them again.

I ordered leather cable organisers which came as a pack of 4. When they arrived but the second largest had a very obvious score indented into the leather a deep man made score in two straight lines. Despite contacting them asking for an exchange with a photo as it’s a Christmas gift they replied saying ‘it was meant to look that way’ ‘it was the way the leather is’ ?? with instructions on how I should fix it. While refusing to accept it was damaged. I did try to fix it myself and continued to tell you it hadn’t worked but unfortunately you weren’t interested in helping with this clearly faulty item. Very disappointed in both the product and poor customer service.

*I’ve read your reply and it just shows how arrogant you are. Your product is faulty and for the record the cable organiser I asked to change was Not personalised. You obviously think it’s acceptable to gift someone an already damaged product. Disgusting! *

Product just like the image. Excellent customer service and very quick delivery! Precise info on the heritage of the item. Came in protective packaging to prevent no damages. Really authentic and one of a kind pieces. Deffo will be ordering from here again in the future.

I saw an item from Scaramanga in a magazine and thought they might have the sort of little cupboard I was looking for. There was a lot of choice on the website, which was easy to use. There was a range of suitable items at different price points. The photos and descriptions were helpful and accurate. I liked the fact that things had been ethically sourced. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. The cupboard looks great in my living room and I saw several other items that would look great with it now I’ve got it. It’s nice to buy something for the home now we can’t get out so much.

Recieved my leatherbag only 3 days after ordering it online (I live in denmark). It is even more beautiful than I imagined, I LOVE it!

Ordered a sale item, got confirmation email and email saying it had been dispatched, only to be told 2 days later that it was no longer on stock. It is unacceptable when companies take payment for items they don’t have in stock - they need to improve their systems.

I have just bought a very beautiful vintage wooden Jewellery Box from Scaramanga. It arrived quickly and very well packed. It is very solid and the wood has a lovely shine to it. I could not be more pleased! Thank you.
