I cannot view the e-mails that I …

I cannot view the e-mails that I receive, as the graphics will not display. And in the case of these e-mails that means nothing will display.
Also there is a message telling me that the e-mail's security cerificate is not up to scratch, and "do I want to go on ?" (= No).
Also there is then no facility (- link) to "View on-line".
And so all in all the e-mail I receive from you are worthless.

I found your site by accident and have ordered 2 items via 1 e-mail address & 1 item via another. The orders came super quick & as stated in plain packaging. In fact I ordered 2 items just the other day & they arrived the day after, even though they were expected in 4-5 days. And the prices are well within any pocket/budget. So I totally recommend Scarlet Rooms to anybody. Satisfaction seems guaranteed

service good but disappointed with the products

The order process was easy and quick. The delivery was on time as promosed so no complaints there.

however I was disappointed with the products.

purchased the 8 Function Classic Chic Wave Vibrator SE-0499-81-3 only works on an intermittent basis and sometimes not at all.

and also the Sheer Pattern Crotchless White G-String r1208 are very poor quality.

spent £33.47 and would have hoped for more.

Service was great

Delivery was great, when I contacted them they got back to me the same day. Only issue I have is one of the items is quite a lot bigger than I expected and the other is supposed to be rope however it is only like a long thick shoe lace not what I would call rope!
