Fantastic Family Run Business
Since I Rescued our African Grey and she needed special food,these guys have been so so helpful and given me loads of advice.And always at the end of the phone which is a real comfort as I was new to having a parrot.And there toys etc are so cheap.Awesome x

Lovely shop with great service
Have ordered from this shop few times. They have really big selection on toys and food that are affordable as well. The customer service is really good as well. They inform you when the order gonna be shipped late due to them waiting for delivery. I also had order mistaken once, but I just sent them an email with paper invoice and photos, and they sent the proper item the next working day. Can't praise them enough!

Love Scarletts, they actually do have the lowest prices for the same things you can find on other sites, plus they have lots you can't find elsewhere! Delivery is very speedy, usually next day.

Fantastic service
I ordered a Kayu tree from Scarletts.
The website was great because you could pick the actually tree you want. It must have taken some time to take all of the individual photos but what a bonus for the customers !
The delivery was amazingly quick.
I cannot fault the company or my order at all and I would 100% recommend.

Very happy with products bought
The order came very quickly (next day) and was well packaged and complete. The only down side was the cage cleaner had leaked from the bottle and made a bit of a mess. Happy with the purchases made and the rats loved their new toys!
