Absolutely shocking bunch of liars & dishonest people I’ve ever experienced! Joe was quick enough to take another extra £15 for “next day “ postage from me outside of eBay platform via a bank transfer & several days later order still never arrived . Was told on Friday evening from a member of staff called Chris that it will be refunded but roll on Monday morning & now was told there will be no refund !! Lie after lie . Stay well clear from this lousy company . Complete scammer & liars at the highest level.

To set out what happened on our side: you asked for urgent delivery to Northern Ireland and chose to pay the £15 courier surcharge by BACS. We dispatched your item the same day via Parcelforce Express AM, which cost us £40, so we covered the difference to get it to you as quickly as possible. The delay that followed happened within the Parcelforce network after the parcel left us, and unfortunately that part is outside our control.
We've also looked into the other points raised. We don't have a staff member by the name mentioned, and no refund was agreed at any stage, so we want to be clear about that for anyone reading.
We genuinely do want to help, and we'll always do what we can. We'd also ask that our team is treated with basic respect, as the calls became difficult for our staff.
