Ordered smell station on 16/10, cannot get reply and cannot find where my order is.Money as taken on same day. Disaster of a company .Do not order from them. Have no chance of getting money back.

Terrible company and customer service. No reply to my emails. Ordered 4th November and still waiting for perfumes. DO NOT USE

Rude one word replies on facebook or automated reply on email when I first queried where my order was. No perfumes delivered still and now they just wont answer anything at all! Do not order from this company!

merchants they take money and don't send goods. They pretend uk company but its not they are in China.

DO NOT ORDER . They take your money under the pretence they are a UK based company. The goods if they come are coming from China. So you wait and you wait. If you start asking where your items are they BLOCK you on FB before removing any of yr comments. You can't email as you get 'not delivered' Also beware they trade under other names as well!!.

This company just takes your money and doesn't send the orders.
They are scammers.do not buy from them

Ordered product 2 month's ago, after waiting for month had to write them 2 times, didn't get any reply nor refund, product came without perfume's after 2 and half months...
Paid more, got less that what I've paid for initially, poor customer service, this company should get investigated

Sent out the wrong item. Sent two emails no response. Rang said they would send out the right item after the weekend. Still waiting. Will now be asking for a refund.

No perfume and cannot get an answer from them. No paypal option to pay.
Will not be using them again.

Poor service. Emailed to enquire about my item and apparently they were taking orders for something they didn't have in stock!!!!! Since this fragrance has been discontinued now wondering if I will be sent what I actually ordered. Won't order here again.......would rather pay more on amazon and get my order faster in all honesty.

Products were ordered on 26/October with payment taken same day. Since then nothing has arrived, despite a 5 day maximum order delivery time, no replies have been received after several attempts at contacting and no refund. I really think this entire site and all reviews listed might just be a scam

Found this website while searching for a website which had the perfume I was looking for since it is not available in my country (dk). Found all the necessary information on their website and bought the perfume. It was easy and the perfume arrived quicker than expected. I am already trying to decide which perfume to buy next from them and have recommended them to my friends.
