Pardon my language but I'm fu**ing…

Pardon my language but I'm fu**ing fuming... I've used this business for a few years never had a problem but I am now £38 out of pocket... No reply re my order from early November which is a Xmas gift.. Jason Tate has taken my money and not sent the goods I've emailed and text them fie weeks now with no response!!! Do not order from these people!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

DONT ORDER FROM THEM

I Always used to get my sizzlers from them. Then the Web site went down and was re done for wholesale only. I got a phone call from Lauren and Jason on the 30th September re my order as it was still sitting in my basket. Told them I not wholesale but for myself at home. They agreed to fulfill my order and said would be delivered on Tuesday 3rd October. I made a payment for my order and I am still waiting. Trying call them but phone permanently engaged and sent loads texts but no reply at all. I am absolutely disgusted it's money I can't afford to lose just like that. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

Stay well clear

Ordered over a month ago after order still not being fulfilled I contacted them by email to chase, they (Louise) apologised and said she was sorting it and would send a few extras for the inconvenience!! Still haven’t received it and they are now ignoring the emails and calls!!
Noticed they haven’t filed their tax returns, seen the reviews and the amount of angry faces on the facebook page tells me there’s something going on!!! Funny though they have stopped the comments
Stay well clear of these thieving rats!!!

I really really reeeeeeeally wish that…

I really really reeeeeeeally wish that Trust Pilot would let me post pictures because you would be DISGUSTED by the state of their warehouse. The owners let their dog do their business all over the place and NEVER clean it up. I tried to post the photos on Google reviews but I think they think I’m a bot. I have photos of customers parcels covered in dog mess for gods sake!! Since a certain woman has been involved the place has been ran to the ground. Too bothered about using substances to honour any orders. There’s no wonder all your staff are leaving! Last thing I heard was the bailiffs had been round and told them to leave the premises so don’t expect your stuff. Such a shame because the place used to be good and the stuff smells great but I’d never use anything from them again after seeing the state of the place.

Everyone asking what happened to this company? Drugs are what happened. 🙄

Scentual Aromas - Horrendous

Scentual Aromas.. The business name has been changed to deflect the terrible reviews by paying reps who have had their livelihoods ruined by this appalling company.

The unit which they evicted from at the end of July; used to produced poor quality products was littered with dog foul, drug paraphernalia and alcohol (personally whitenesses) with items for drug use left on racking next to products, dogs allowed to roam freely in manufacturing spaces and foul, office spaces and corridors litres with rubbish, fire doors blocked with rubbish and black bags piled high.

The demise of what was a thriving business has been down to the lifestyle the owner and his girlfriend have chosen to lead, however the blame is on everyone but him.

They have both actively tried to sabotage reps who they have let down when they have sought products from elsewhere to keep their own business going; leaving false reviews and childish behaviour on various social medial platforms with petty comments, laughing faces and the like. These reps have been left with little choice given the terrible service from Scentual Aromas, orders placed yet not received weeks and weeks later, messages not responded to, chargebacks not responded to, yet they have time to make videos about reps being liars, posting personal information out in the public domain and creating fake business pages on social media about other business with accusations made. Yet the ability to leave comments turned off when they received backlash for doing so, comments on their own social media have also now been turned off since eviction from those unit.

Own your mistakes Scentual Aromas, this is your doing, you owe a lot of people a huge apology and money including some of your ex staff. Accept what you have done and leave others to succeed where you failed, miserably.

do yourself a favour and steer…

do yourself a favour and steer clear..started off great and as others have said a good product too...however it quickly turned into unhelpful,unreliable,unprofessional..ignoring all correspondence using all manner of excuses and above all refusing to action the refund for no product delivery...unbelievable but very true..you've been warned

you can update your Facebook but ignore emails

We've been ordering items from this company for a very long time and never had a single glitch. Untill now. Now we find ourselves constantly emailing them to find out where our order is.... only to be completely ignored. If our order doesn't get sorted soon we'll contact the bank and get our money back. Nice way to treat your long term customers. Your a month late. Please stop ignoring emails and get your act together. You sell an amazing product and you used to be reliable. Whats gone wrong?
