The most customer unfriendly ever

Received a damaged order. At least 8 attempts to get in touch were in vain. Telephone calls get no answer. mails, even on their own site, received no answer.
One of the most customer unfriendly organisations I have ever come across.

Schaubek customer support is horrendous

Schaubek produces high quality stamp albums. Unfortunately, their customer service is horrendous. I recently placed a rather expensive order (800 Euro). The package took two months to arrive, which seems remarkably slow even in COVID times. The box was poorly packed and the box arrived with substantial water damage. Some (not the majority) of the contents were completely ruined - but the ruined contents did not allow for a complete stamp album, nearly rendering the entire order useless. I immediately sent pictures and an explanation of the damage to Schaubek. I only requested they resend the damaged items. Over the course of about ten emails, all I received was the run-around. There was no acceptance of responsibility. I was told it was my responsibility to submit a report of damage to their carrier, DHL. When I finally requested they send me the damage form, the link they sent was for the business to submit a claim, which is, of course, how a claim works. There is nothing I could do with their business link. I would steer clear of Schaubek. They are a fraudulent company.
