Very big scammer. they took 900€ plus only in cash
Schlüsseldienst-Berlin-24.de is the name on google
Too expensive. Took the guy 30 seconds to open the door and charged me 400 euros. Yes it was night and expected it to be a bit more than average but not that much. Unfortunately, I had to agree as I had no other choice after calling many other services and no one showed up. On their website, they say it could cost between 29 - 159 depending on the difficulty of opening the door. He charged me the highest rate 159 + 159 (night) + 19% vat although it took only 30 seconds to open the door with a plastic sheet and said that the ec payment is not possible because of a faulty machine which proves that they’re just a scam. Go to a hotel and get a normal cheap service next day
Big scammers. Over charging and not serious at all. Please avoid. I would give them a star in minus if possible.
Scammers. Market themselves as cheap and quick. Came after 90mins and charged €900 for 5mins work without any massive equipment used. Threatening and aggressive communication service when arrived. They are abusing a feeling of stress, best to look at Google Maps for locksmiths with good reviews than to go on top Google search hit.
Scammers taking opportunity of a good domain name. Overpriced, badly qualified professionals destroyed my door unnecessarily and charged 700€ for a service that have been done in the past for less 200€ in the past, go to a hotel, it’s cheaper than their scam.
Scammers.
They charge €20 for callout and then say 'we tell you the price on the door'
The price for a simple door opening for me was €320. These guys deliberately mislead you on the price.
It is not a legit website. They will charge you twice as much, no ec zahlung possible. I was super shocked and they scammed me. Nothing they claim on the website is true. I waited 70 minutes and payed twice the price as anywhere else but the person talked me into that this is the normal price.
