Had a brilliant experience with Schmidt Kitchens in Barnet! Clara has been an absolutely pleasure to deal with and has the patience of a saint. She has a very good eye for detail and if it had not been for her, I would have gone with the wrong splash back and colour for the walls. She was available all hours of the day and late into the night. Their customer service is second to none and Bob only wants the best for the customers. Chris and his team fitted the units and were very efficient, professional and polite. I love my new kitchen and have no hesitation in recommending Schmidt to anyone looking for a new kitchen. My husband and I have just installed our kitchen from Clara at Schmidt in Barnet . She has been absolutely fantastic in helping with the design , so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Lena organised all the appointments efficiently and everything was on time . The kitchen is really good quality and we got a great offer on our appliances and our beautiful worktops I would highly recommend them . Cameron fitted our kitchen and was truly professional and very quick and efficient,also anything extra was no trouble . This has been a great experience for us I can’t recommend the company enough .

Excellent service and amazing result. When we first walked into the store, we didn't expect much, neither the bespoke and top notch service we received.
Clara made such a difference. We had a somewhat difficult and large project with a kitchen over two levels and a large island / breakfast table and many cupboards. Clara was always in good spirits and patient, worked hard, made wise and good taste recommendations, and was so accomodating and helpful with changes and particular spec throughout the process. The installation was also complicated, and the team was hard working and very kind/ cooperative. We would highly recommend Clara and Schmidt Kitchens Barnet. We Bought our kitchen from Schmidt Barnet during the pandemic and lockdown. The whole process of designing, ordering and installing of the kitchen was an excellent experience and the whole team at Barnet couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and efficient. We had a couple of weeks delay due to lockdown but considering the whole world had shut down, Schmidt was still able to keep delays to a minimum. Clara was our designer. She was attentive, patient, reassuring, listened to all our needs, and found innovative ways to overcome all issues so that we got exactly what we wanted. She is an excellent designer, a great person to work with has brilliant customer service skills. She liaised with us throughout, was prompt with her emails, always called back quickly and was really such a joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have wished for a better person to work with. Bob was also excellent throughout. He has really handpicked a great team there at Barnet. Elisa’s and his installation team were also excellent. We had a couple of small after care tweaks that needed to be done and they were carried out quickly and efficiently also by Kamran. We are so happy with our kitchen and can’t recommend Schmidt Barnet enough. Angela & George

Schmidt in Barnet gave us excellent service from start to finish as we extended our property to include space for a new kitchen. Their designer understood our requirements and suggested innovative, time and space-saving appliances at the numerous meetings we had in their showroom. This service followed through with on-site visits as our build progressed to make sure all builder's measurements were correct. Delivery of our kitchen was on time, as scheduled, the quality of the products are absolutely first-class and their kitchen fitters were very experienced and superb, with nothing being too much trouble. The after-sales service we received was also extremely good. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Schmidt in Barnet.

We Bought our kitchen from Schmidt Barnet after shopping around for months. The whole process of designing, ordering and installing of the kitchen was a joyful experience thanks to the team in Barnet. Clara designed our kitchen. She is an excellent designer and a great person to work with. She came up with creative ideas to meet our demands and made sure to order the best appliances given our budget. She went out of her way to help even with the choice of worktops and floor tiles. We could not have wished for a better person to work with. Bob was excellent, understanding and helpful through out. And the installation team,Chris and Kamran, were fantastic.we love our new kitchen.

We had a very nice experience with Schmidt Barnet while dealing with Clara. She has been very patient with our kitchen which took longer than expected because of pandemic. She has got very good designing skills which helped her to design our kitchen. We had little issues in installation, but Bob and she were prompt in addressing them and resolved our issues. In the end we got an excellent kitchen and we are enjoying it. Thank you Clara and team for providing the beautiful kitchen. We will recommend Schmidt Barnet to anyone without any hesitation.

Despite numerous problems with lockdown and having to wait months for my floor tiles to be delivered Schmidt kitchens Barnet came up trumps once again! This is the second kitchen I have bought from the lovely team at the Barnet branch.

Clara and Sara made numerous visits to the site which I hasten to add looked like a bombshell had hit it .... they both kept me sane 🤣 my kitchen is beautiful thanks to The wonderful team at Barnet Schmitt. Thanks to you all I mustn’t forget to mention Dovile Who chased all my appliances relentlessly.

UPDATE: HAVING FINALLY SIGNED OFF ON THE REFITTED KITCHEN ONLY LAST WEEK (AFTER THEY SHORTENED SOME CUPBOARDS - BUT NOT OTHERS - ON SITE WITHOUT EVEN ASKING US), A WHOLE 11 MONTHS AFTER ORDERING IT, I WAS GOING TO UPDATE MY REVIEW BUT THEY BEAT ME TO IT. HOWEVER, THE ACCUSATION THAT MY BUILDERS DID NOT BUILD TO SPEC IS YET ANOTHER COMPLETE LIE, AND HAS SOURED THE RELATIONSHIP YET AGAIN. SCHMIDT DID NOT BUILD TO THEIR OWN STATED MEASUREMENTS. THE CUPBOARDS WERE 10cm TOO NARROW, LEAVING A HUGE GAP.

£30k+ DISASTER. First, despite our repeated requests, they didn't come to take measurements having promised they would, and so built a "fitted" kitchen that DOESN'T FIT, with significant gaps on either side. Second, they also claim the spec in the contract they sent us isn't correct(!), so they have charged us wrongly. Issues with the spec include wrong ovens, wrong internal shelves, too short side panel, wrong cupboard heights, wrong extractor fan, tap hole off-centre, and a kitchen that doesn't match their own stated size or colour. We had to pay seperately for a waste disposal, wine cooler, washer/dryer, all of which were supposed to be included. Third, they left no room in their design to plumb in the washing machine, dishwasher, Quooker tap and waste disposal, so we're now being told one of them has to go - despite them being already delivered and "fitted" (but not plumbed in).
They then started BLATANTLY LYING to cover their backs, and offered us "filler" to cover their mistakes. Luckily we have a full paper trail for when this reaches Court, which it likely will if we don't resolve things in the next few days. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICES to call in the UK so if the shop manager doesn't engage, there is nothing you can do. You are left with a rotten kitchen or Court proceedings.
We ordered this in October. It should have been installed end Feb. It's now mid-May, and we still cannot use it. They say they'll come back to tae a look in June. But they want us to pay even more for them to make corrections. They are also NOT READING OR REPLYING TO EMAILS. The whole thing is a disaster, and we cannot even look at our "new" part-built kitchen without feeling angry.

Very pleased with our Schmidt kitchen experience. Our designer, Savva, took care of our needs from the moment we entered the store. He was methodical with the design ideas and helped us pinpoint exactly what we wanted as we were not even 100% sure ourselves. Despite us wanting to purchase appliances, Schmidt does not usually provide, Savva was able to source them and bring everything together for us. We even advised of the worktop we wanted which we had seen in a local restaurant, again he sourced this and added it into the design. In the end, we have a kitchen that we are delighted with. The fitter Chris was extremely helpful and despite having to return to the property on a number of occasions due to finishing touches, he always arrived, patient and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Schmidt High Barnet.

The Barnet team Savva, Bob and Clara were excellent in bringing us to decide on a beautiful kitchen. Savva gave excellent design ideas and the project was brought to a smooth end through the excellent work of Clara and husband Naz. I would certainly recommend Schmidt Barnet to everyone.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Initially dealt with a great designer called Rashida, but she left before my kitchen was fitted, due to my house build taking so long. Ended up dealing with Bob, who is absolutely brilliant. Bob has endless patience, and in his calm and caring manner, has helped us install our kitchen in the most stressful of personal circumstances. We now have an absolutely beautiful kitchen, finished to an excellent standard, and couldn’t be happier. The whole team at Barnet are brilliant, the service they provide is excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us with our project. I’m so so glad that we bought our kitchen from here.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Schmidt kitchen. Clara delivered excellent customer service from the moment we stepped into the showroom and she and the rest of the team were attentive and responsive throughout the design and installation (and after-service). Clara went out of her way, reachable at all hours of the day and night to answer our queries. Her design aesthetic was excellent and she guided us through the whole process without being pushy, offering excellent suggestions and helping us create a beautiful but also highly functional and practical kitchen. What could have been a very stressful process, especially during lockdown, was in fact pretty smooth and straightforward and even when the inevitable hiccups occurred during installation, they were dealt with quickly and fully. Dovile also helped to keep us informed during the installation process with deliveries and logistics, and Chris the fitter was very professional and experienced. We cannot recommend the team at Schmidt Barnet enough.

Just completed my Schmidt Kitchen and I absolutely love it. I bought mine from Schmidt Oxford and yes the sales Manager Luc Matteau and their designer Ellie ( Elnaz Niknejad ) both are very friendly, caring and with professionalism at all times. I am so glad I went to them after looking at many other kitchen company. I have been eyeing Schmidt Kitchen for quite a few years and have been visiting their showroom a few time but was too scared to talk to them because the kitchen units look very expensive. I am so glad I pushed myself a few months back to talk to Luc the manager when he was alone one Saturday morning and he was very helpful and asked me what I need and my budget. He gave me a ball part figure which met my budget give and take. Just a couple of hundred £ or so over. He appointed his designer Ellie to discuss and designed my new kitchen and she even came over to my house to check the measurements, etc. All went so smoothly and they make feel good every time and I have good rapport and I have every trust in them. I am so delighted with the quality of my kitchen. I am amazed the amount of effort they take on every details in their design right to the fixings. Everything including the sink and tap are all of top brand like Blanco and the fixings are so well designed too. I think they are from Blum which also have good reputation. I used to involved in design and manufacturing for blue chip companies like Harrods retail shops, Savills estate agents and NHS Dr’s surgeries many many moons ago and I do know what quality and well designed product look like.
I truly recommend Schmidt if you are looking for high quality with reasonably priced kitchens for what you get.

We would like to thank Savva for designing our kitchen and giving us ideas that we would not thought about doing. Our Kitchen has given our family so much pleasure and is now the main focal point where we spent many hours sitting with the children and spending lots of family time together. From start to finish the experience has been very professional. We would also like to extend our thanks to Chris and team who fitted our kitchen again with such professionalism. Now we have a nice Kitchen. we have been looking for many shops but Schmid barnet its best service and reasonable price. I have all praise for Schmidt Barnet especially for their customer service. It took quite a few months to finish. Throughout the journey, there were few challenges due to the builder. But Schmidt was flexible and provided all the support and help needed. I am very happy with their quality and service. I highly recommend Schmidt Barnet for kitchen design and installation.

We recently had a complete refit of our kitchen which included full design, replacement white goods and new flooring. Clara at Schmidt Kitchens was our project manager and guided us brilliantly through the whole process. Once restrictions are lifted, we would strongly recommend a look around the showroom which really helps to see what is available and the different designs and materials you can use. Clara was very patient and helped us with the design in order to get maximum storage space, a really clean and fresh look and a high quality finish all around. We are delighted with the result and would highly recommend Schmidt.
