Bought a module after sending email checking for its availability, which SchneidersLaden confirmed, and the item was with the "in stock" sign at the website. I did get the invoice right after the purchase, but not the tracking code. After 5 days send them an email asking for it, which they replied they don't have the module in stock anymore. So, against my will and with no warning I purchased a pre-sale, with no defined date to be sent. After some emails it was canceled, and had no problem with it or with the refund.

Horrible tasting chicken wings, threw it in garbage false misleading Schneiders and they are wilfully blind old fat on the bone, not chicken,

I had a bit of a wait & communication was painfully slow BUT I received the item before the due date (paid 1/8, due date 12/8 Gemany >> U.K). Carlo was very helpful once I eventually received a reply.

Not recomended.. I was looking for an ES-9 for ages but ALL the suppliers around the world were out of stock. When Sneidersladen got one in stock randomly, Alarm bells should have rung... Against my judgement i bought the unit, then had an absolute s**t show of a delivery by UPS. i ended up having to take 3 or 4 days off work as they kept messing up the delivery (i know you could argue this is out of their hands, but UPS are TERRIBLE, just don't use them!! ) I eventually get the product and i open it up. There's an old food/sandwich bag in the box, which is a bit weird... but i ignore it. i get the unit plugged in and try to get it working and surprise surprise it's faulty! aaargh. The headphone output is stuck putting out a 10v + signal... so - it looks like this was a returned faulty unit that has been put back out for sale. The unit is currently with the manufacturer for repair. So... do not use this company. nothing but trouble

I have ordered here multiple times, their service has always been fast and hassle free. Customer support was fast, friendly and helpful when I had a question.

If you are looking for modular synth gear, this is the place to go to. Highly recommended.

Great & quick customer service. Clear information on availability of modules that aren't in stock. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Europe.

I have orderen electronic synth modules from Schenidersladen many times and will continue to do so in the future. If you live in EU, I will recommend them!

Once I had to return an item, without any issues.

never had any issues with failed delivery, though once they forgot my order and I had to reorder it. (that is why I dont give fire stars).
