Worst service ever.
They've received my return 1 month ago (as per tracking) and still no word from them. I've sent several e-mails asking for information and they always send the same reply, word-for-word: "The parcel was delivered to a sorting centre in Senlis and not directly to our logistics warehouse. This is why we have not yet received it."
I have been shopping at this online store for years, the official Schott NY store in Europe. I have bought many jackets and I have never had any problems, nor have I returned any garments so far and I cannot comment on how everything works, so far the purchase and the products are good!

Absolute scam of a company. Any reviews you may have read of their company on reddit or leather jacket forums are referring to their american branch. Their European branch has a different supplier and is not full grain leather, they are completely different jackets.
