The communication is very good, before the purchase. The items has been well packed and every single item has a packaging different. I'ven't tried them yet but it looks like brand new and perfect: they've put the users manual in all the languages for the ism Saab 9-3! Only the delivery has beeen a problem because DHL has not delivered to the DHL Store near my house, but I don't know who is the mistake rsponsible.
Advertised parts as if available. Tried to persuade customer to buy used parts instead of ordered and paid for new items. Did not reimburse full amount paid, and reimbursed with delay. Above all behaved in customer contact in a very rude and uncivilised/childish way. I agree with many others, this operator and his business cannot be recommended or trusted, unfortunately.
Not only a week late, but incorrect part received. Ordered a bolt for rear caliper - bolt received was completely different than original. Original part was superseeded; when asked schwedenteile who is the manufacturer or who is responsible for parts selection so I could straighten this out, the only response I got was screenshot from their own website. Got refund for a bolt, but not for the postage (30 EUR). Thanks for selling me crap and congratulations for not taking responsibility on stock correctness.

The company let you order, then they find a reason to cancel your order, and urging you to again place the order. When you go back to the website to do so.
You will find that the product is now 20% more expensive. Neither are the company helpful at all.
