Had to wait over 7 days for my delivery first parcel went missing from the delivery company. Trying to deal with the delivery company Evri was just a joke. Only can talk to Ai. Then once they admitted they had lost it after a week, I had to get in contact with Sci-mx and send proof that Evri had lost my parcel. They did get it sent out straight away but no apology or anything else to make up for the delay. Will definitely have make a decision whether to use them again or try someone else out.

Purchased the v-gain from Costco as a trail. Got to say, its the worst protein powder I've had over the 18 years I've been using protein powders.
Taste is Disgusting.
Mixes very thick and sickly.
Leaves stains all around the shaker of dry bits even when put through the blender. All round zero stars

Placed my order after signing up for offers on the understanding I would receive 10% discount. I entered the code at checkout but I didn’t receive any discount at all. When I questioned why and asked for the discount to be applied retrospectively, I received a very stroppy response giving me some excuse or other claiming the discount wasn’t valid on the product I ordered. So basically they conned me. See response below from the team at Sci-mx for an example of their wonderful bedside manner. Suggestion Sci-mx: you could have just given me £3 back or whatever the discount should have come to instead of arguing the toss and turning me into a non-repeat customer and turning off countless other potential customers with your lack of customer care.

I bought the vgain chocolate flavour protein and was disappointed that they had changed the flavouring to be much sweeter and sickly. Unfortunately just don't find it palatable anymore so cannot recommend it.

Very good quality protein powder, dissolved well. Great taste.

The best vegan protein powder I've found. Wish I could get it in the states.

Great protein powder, but way too much plastic. I don't need plastic scoops in every bag! It's not like I'm going to be eating a giant bag of protein powder on the go - I can just use a normal spoon at home to scoop it out. Wish they would remove them - back to the drawing board for protein that doesn't waste plastic!

I’ve given five stars as the protein shaker cups from SCI-MX are far the best my family & I have tried - and they’re that reasonably priced, I’d recommend buying 2 per person, so there’s less washing up! The printed text on them washes off quite quickly but they are still the best. The internal grid that comes with them works well and the spout feels pleasant to drink directly from. They have lids that are easy to secure, so no leakage.

We’re not keen on the actual diet meal replacement shakes though - we find them too sweet, powdery when mixed & have a strange after taste. They are a good price & do contain probiotics, which were big pulls for me, though. Also, higher in protein than many of its competitors.

Quick delivery and very good quality of products. After a quite large order I expected some samples to try but it’s okay.

I have been asking for a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the product I purchased for a month.
This company still hasn't given me one.
Here's what it means:
The seller either doesn't have a lab analysis,
or is deliberately hiding it,
or the product was manufactured ‘in the shadows’ - without quality control.
If they don't give you a CoA - it means the product hasn't been lab tested and the seller can't guarantee:
- the actual protein content,
- the absence of banned substances,
- health safety.
I strictly recommend those who want to get a quality product and think about their health:
Ask them for a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the product you plan to buy. If they refuse, don't buy from them.
Leave a review / complain if you bought online - especially if it's UK/EU. It will help others.

Bought their creatine monohydrate.

I wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to expectations. Despite being labelled as “micro-instantised”, the creatine is clumpy straight out of the tub and doesn’t dissolve well in water — it leaves a gritty, sand-like texture that makes it unpleasant to drink. I’ve tried mixing with both cold and warm water, and even using a shaker, but it still settles at the bottom no matter what.

The texture and solubility make me question the actual quality and purity of the creatine itself. Compared to other brands I’ve used (like Creapure), this one feels like a step down. While it might technically be creatine monohydrate, it’s far from a smooth or convenient experience.

I’ll finish the tub because I hate wasting product, but I won’t be buying this again.

Pro V Gain. Chocolate. Far too sweet with a chemical taste and not much Chocolate. Mixed okay and wasn't too grainy. Don't think I'd buy it again as it's sickly sweet.
