I bought the Sci-mx vegan protein powder. I like the taste of the product however there is a but. When I opened the bag I found a piece of plastic in the bag. I nearly missed it and put it in my drink when my brother spotted it. If I were to have drank that I could have choked. I emailed them to inform them that there were bits of plastic in the bag. They were thankful and offered me a voucher to use on there website. They asked me what is the best email account for me to be reached on which is a weird question really seeing as they were having a back and fourth just fine on the email I was using. Anyway I sent them a reply saying which email to get me on and all of a sudden it is impossible to get through to them on there email. I keep getting a message saying email undeliverable. Basically feel tricked by them. Won't buy from them again.....

After some difficulty connecting, I spoke with Adam who explained the situation and was able to resolve my query.
The review would be 5 stars but I've dropped a star as the CS process was a bit clunky.

Bought a SCI MX Total Mass £17.99 from B&M only to find out that they stack it up with Maltodextrin and Sweetener(sucralose). In the first few days I noticed the product is lumpy no matter how I shaked it. I thought it was normal at first but It happened day after day. To me the products seems off. I am not very happy with this purchase and would like to return your product and get a refund.

This company is now HIGHLY LIKELY to KILL someone. Just look at the other reviews for the quality. However, one of thier products has been recalled from sales because it contains more than a lethal dose of Caffeine in the recommended daily serving. The product itself isn't clear at all that there is even caffeine in it. I can only find images of the front of the packaging. They have taken the item off of their website but nowhere on the website have they publicised warning people of the dangers of their product. So they literally don't care if someone dies, they will just do whatever is necessary to save their reputation. Which is why everyone needs to see this review. I hope anyone who is ill makes a full recovery and gets the compensation they deserve for the gross negligence shown by Sci Mx.

Doesn’t dissolve. Have to strain lumps out of the shake. Won’t buy again.

Bought a 1kg bag of the Vanilla diet shake meal replacement from Home Bargains. I have tried several different brands previously and usually buy Exante shakes but thought at £14.99 a bag, it was worth a shot. It is absolutely disgusting! It’s watery and overly sweet. Thank god I didn’t pay full price from their website …

Can the total mass lose body fat as I only want to tone abs and build athletic muscles

Just got the vegan salted caramel flavour 😋 can't believe 35 g protein and tastes amazing also mix it as a desert 😋

I was said by my friend the product “Total Protein” was good so I bought it, as it’s vegetarian but eventually when I called them they said it isn’t halal. As much as you guy’s mentioned vegetarian please do mention it’s not halal too.

I think I must have got a real bargain, because I managed to buy the 2.2Kg bag of PRO V-GAIN™ PROTEIN - Salted Caramel flavour, for a mere £17! It costs £54 on the Sci-Mx website, so I'll be off quick smart, back to Home Bargains to get stocked up.

It was my first time trying any Sci-Mx, product and always gone with Whey protein in the past. But, the vegetarian protein powder is excellent, great tasting, easy to mix in a shaker and doesn't have lumps in after a good shaking, has all the ingredients and supplements I require, and I'll definitely trying their other products.

The weight protein stays lumpy no matter how much you whisk it!

I haven't ordered specifically from this company however I do use Sci mx protein powder and I can honestly say it definitely does what it says on the package, I mix with 250ml of water and it mixes really well no lumps, it's sweet but not too sweet I get the chocolate brownie and it goes down a treat all in all great products

All these positive reviews must have really been paid for!

Order confirmation email - 15th of November. I’m writing this review 15 days later and still haven’t got anything from them although their website states 3-5 days delivery time. Items not even dispatched yet.

Was sceptical at first seeing all the communication issues in all the negative reviews here and there, but thought I won’t be the lucky one. Well, lucky me.

Tried to contact them numerous times. Through email, through online forms, etc., no answer - nothing.

This is a joke and I’ll make everything sure to refer the case to the appropriate authorities. Not just mine. For all of you guys. Thanks.

Date of payment on my current account app - Monday, 15th of November 2021. Same date as the order confirmation email arrived. Your colleague actually contacted me on 17th of November, saying that my order has been flagged without any real reason as all my addresses everywhere match. Well that I answered on 17th as well, confirming the order and address as requested by the email.

Contacted you again by the same support email on 20th. Then again through your web contact form on 23-4th. If I could attach screenshots, I’d be more than happy to, so u can stop misleading your customers with words like “we don’t”, cuz u obviously do.

It’s pity that one has to write a deeply negative review in order to get your attention somehow.

I really hope the order will arrive soon cuz I did my part of the deal, it’s about time to see you doing yours.

Will update the review on order arrival so everyone can be aware what they can really expect from SCI-MX.

Lovely product, great taste

So 1st time buyer from this site. Good price for a product, yes tick.

Delivery comms were odd.

I ordered since 17th July going 2 weeks and I still not got a delivery confirmation and I had no response to my emails and FB Messenger queries about my order

I like how it felt like i did not have to chase it up, i'm busy so it felt like it came on time and when seeing the product, i having hope will use it to benefit me like alot of good that comes my way. have a good day.
