Love this gel for my long runs. It’s not as goopy as some of the other gels out there and you get some bang for your buck with 40g of carbs. The only negative thing I have to say about this gel is that it can be difficult to open if you have really sweaty hands. But outside of that, it’s great and I’ll be using it while training for my marathon and definitely on race day!
