My first order had a few gels that popped open in the box (assuming the courier was a bit rough). SIS replaced it and shipped it within 3 days. I’ve used the product for the last 2 years and will carry on using it going forward for sure. 2 marathon PBs 😎

Honest to God I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ! I’ve been using SIS for my first ever Marathon training cycle all summer long. The Beta Fuel is a game changer ! I ran 21 miles at 6:29 pace, the fastest I ever ran in my peak long run. I think I want to try the same but with added electrolytes in the gel. Thank you truly team ! You got a lifetime runner here all the way through every stride to come !

Love the product it works for me, one downside was when I opened the box half of the separate packs where not sealed properly and as I was travelling for a month I could only take half , my only disappointment, sorry.

Science in Sport only supply products with a best before date and do not sell anything with a use by date.
There is a fundamental difference between a use by date and a best before date. A use by date is about food safety where the foods can only be eaten until that date but not after. A best before date is about food quality and not food safety.
Our products are not only safe to use after this date but they will continue to be robust and effective for some considerable time afterwards.
