I’ve been ordering your flowers for a while now, after receiving some gorgeous fresh narcissi from a relative and being so thrilled with them! Have sent them for birthdays, sympathy,get well soon,new home etc., the pinks as well and each time the recipient has been overjoyed! Delivered on time, fresh and grown on a farm , can’t get better than that and the scent is gorgeous, so I’ve been told! Well done and five stars to the packaging too! Very happy customer indeed.

A really wonderful team of people who take their flowers seriously and with passion. Boxed beautifully and sustainably, the flowers have always arrived within good time and like they’d just been picked!

Update on flowers.....the flowers themselves were sent out on the day that was supposed to have been one of the days that they could have been delivered on.... The flowers arrived on Saturday 27th (day before Mothers Day) looking more than dead.... By this stage they were well and truly technically late. ( It is worth noting that a second order I placed at the same time arrived on time ). When the recipient rang to complain, all that was offered was to resend the flowers. No refund offered... Beware of a company that is unwilling to have feedback on it's own website. As customers, we need to see both positive and negative feed back and I suggest we need to see how customers are actually dealt with. After trying to leave feedback on Facebook I appear to have been prevented/blocked. Beware of a company unable to share feedback and who shuts down any questioning. It's very easy for a company such as Scilly Flowers to take an order and your money, and then send flowers out that have no chance of arriving on the expected delivery date and then to offer no refund, merely offering to resend said flowers... I understand the difficulties of island life/postage but also expect a well-known company to be able to deal with queries/negative feedback openly when appropriate and not just to refuse to refund money or to block comments. I am extremely disappointed having used and promoted your company over the past few years. I suggest that for buyers, however wonderful it is to receive flowers from the Isles of Scilly to look elsewhere. I suggest Scilly Flowers look to enhance a customers' experience even when things go wrong and suggest they become open when problems do occur. BUYERS beware that you may not get what you are expecting and will probably get no refund if something goes wrong.

Amazing service, I feel like the flowers were handpicked just for me, strong scent, lovely long stems and huge blooms worthy of a spring bridal bouquet. Great personal service and deliver on their promises.

I placed five orders of narcissi for letter box delivery, as gifts for Christmas 2021. Three of these were for south London, one for north London and one for the south coast. The ones for south London and the south coast arrived promptly; I was told by the recipients that they were excellent quality.

Unfortunately, the north London delivery took much longer to arrive and wasn't delivered until well after Christmas, in a pretty sorry state.

I emailed Scilly Flowers about the problem, requesting a resupply, and they were only too happy to oblige. Unfortunately, the same thing happened: the flowers took ten days to arrive, by which time they were dead.

Again, Scilly Flowers were very apologetic, this time offering to send a replacement by special delivery rather than the usual first class post. Having conferred with the recipient, I'd learnt that there were severe and ongoing Royal Mail service issues in north London, affecting even premium services. I therefore declined the offer of special delivery and instead accepted a full refund, which was very quickly processed.

I cannot fault Scilly Flowers: four of my five orders arrived swiftly and were of lovely quality. The problems with the fifth were caused by circumstances beyond their control; they did everything they could to try to rectify the situation, promptly and with great courtesy.

The Royal Mail issues were certainly not the fault of Scilly Flowers; I thought it unfair to see another Trust Pilot review marking Scilly Flowers down for pandemic-related delivery delays. Standard practice is for companies to sign up for longterm contractual arrangements with the Royal Mail - so given that this service mostly works well, Scilly Flowers would not be able to change their delivery provider at short notice. I actually prefer to give my business to companies which use the Royal Mail rather than private couriers; the latter are not so accountable (nor, in my experience, as reliable), and usually charge far more for delivery to remote parts of the UK, in contrast to the Royal Mail's universal service obligation.

To summarise: I intend to use Scilly Flowers again, due to good quality, helpful and friendly customer service, and use of the Royal Mail.

Have ordered from scilly flowers many times for several occasions and each time they really do deliver the best! My friends and family have consistently been thrilled and overwhelmed by the freshness and quality of the blooms and how long they last. Their prices are reasonable too making a personal gift much more affordable. Highly recommend.

I ordered flowers from Scilly flowers for my Daughter they arrived and my Daughter was over the moon with them. She said they were beautiful and the scent was lovely. I have even ordered some for myself and looking forward to them arriving on Saturday. I have been to St Martins but never to Church Farm definitely visit next time. Wonderful service.

I have ordered and received flowers from Scilly Flowers many times - they're usually perfect, both the narcissi and the pinks, and I feel confident when I send them as gifts. In December I did receive some late, which was really not their fault - I suppose you could blame Royal Mail but they too were working so hard to get all the Christmas mail out and under great pressure. I know, because my partner works for Royal Mail, that they are told to give all letterbox flower packages priority, but obviously at times such as these things do go wrong sometimes. The main point of this review though is to thank Scilly Flowers for the wonderful customer service. They responded to my original email within a few hours and did all they could to put things right both for me and the person who sent me the flowers. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Fabulous flowers and fabulous company!

I ordered different delivers for 3 friends this month January 2021. I’m blowen away by the response they absolutely loved the flowers especially in these troubled times. The flowers did the trick very very happy flower friends. Thank you so much Scilly Flowers for the beautiful flowers . Chrissy H

I have ordered multiple times and not had any problems at all but just to warn potential flower senders that they are sent out with Royal Mail and due to the dreaded Covid-19, delivery times are taking two weeks to arrive by which time the flowers are arriving dead. Totally dead. Not just limp but completely throw them away dead.

I was meant to be the recipient of flowers for my new home. The buyer was told they’d been delivered to house number 1 which is not me and had never received a confirmation email to be able to correct them. The buyer would never have ordered like that as was a very experienced on line shopper. The company made a mistake and when they received the complaint and said when they usually deliver to wrong address(so this happens often?)they would give 50% refund !!! I actually called at number 1 and the gentleman said they’d just been left outside his door and was sorry he’d unwrapped them but he had no idea where they belonged.Awful customer service. Incompetent. Shame

I have been buying flowers from the Scilly Isles flower farm for more years than I care to remember. Lovely scented narcissi in winter and gorgeous carnations and pinks at this time of year, Always reliable, eco aware and post free very modest prices.
