What a fantastic service from Germany. I recieved my parcel within 2.5 working days of ordering, which is good concidering i can purchase goods from my own country and it takes up to 5-7 days. I think they need to take a leave out of your book. Many thanks John

I contacted The Scooter Center from Taiwan as I am currently working here and was able to comunicate directly with the staff using skype, therefore at a cost of a local call. They were very helpful in helping me find the parts I needed and very efficient. They even took the time to emailed diagrams of the spares they have. I sent them pictires of the broken parts and they assisted me in identifying what model my vespa is as it is a Taiwanese made one.

I have ordered some parts which are on their way and will probably be buying some more.

Excellent exhaust , good boost over standard , fitting good although sleeve onto exhaust stub very tight fit, delivery outstanding and cheap.

Lots of products, good pricing and quite fast shipping.
The web page is not too intuitive. It was a little difficult to me to filter parts by model.
Customer service is not 100% effective, but I think that can be partially because of the language: I dont speak german and we had to communicate in english.
Anyway, none of this fails are important enough to keep from buying here. It's a very recommendable place to buy scooter parts and accesories. (but don't quit comparing in other pages before buying, to find a great deal)

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scooter Center to anyone. It's easy to order, and even though I choose the cheaper service the delivery was quick and probably quicker than ordering from dealers in my own country. It still worked out cheaper too!
