Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a company. I had a few issues regarding payment, they really helped and devoted a lot of time to my problem to resolve it. Within a day, my payment problem was fixed (though it was to do with my bank and not them) and when it was finally fixed I bought my hoverboard which then arrived quickly. Very pleased.
very good. Both my kids wanted one. I was very dubious of getting them one. After speaking to the customer services staff, i decided to buy one. Came well packed and the quality was great. Was so happy, so bought another. After a few weeks i had an issue with one of them. Scootwheel accepted it back and repaired it.
I was panicking as need a swegway for my sons birthday. Another company had let me down. So need it for a saturday delivery. Called up these guys and they were able to deliver me the swegway on a saturday. I called them up 3pm on Friday. Amazing service.
Bought one of these segways from a different company. They sent me a substandard product. I had to return it. So my friend recommended scootwheel and got the classic one. Arrived on time and was great. Will be getting another the kart attachment for my son for Xmas.
