These tickets are no good -- they've got someone else's name on them and the venue will not honor them. I'm going to do a charge-back on my credit card and get my money back.

Wasted $400+ dollars for two tickets…
Wasted $400+ dollars for two tickets that couldn't be scanned at show regardless of all actions to remedy and with venue/Ticketmaster staff help. Customer service not answering calls to resolve the problem or issue refund for useless tickets. Had to buy new tickets at venue. Angry and frustrated. Won't be using again.

The tickets were emailed to me as promised by them. Tonight I got to enjoy a wonderful night with Chris Tomlin, Jamie Macdonald, the people of Myrtle Beach and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!
