Reliable and rapid delivery of a quality great fitting pair of jeans.

I ordered a puffer jacket in size 12 and when I tried it on it was tiny and came half way up my arm! Am sending it back. Dissappointed as it was a lovely coat

Beautiful sweater, promptly delivered. When I changed it for a bigger one , the return and reimbursement worked perfectly.

I ordered some jeans as a present for my boyfriend and I ordered the large gift box to go with it, i am unhappy as the gift box has come damaged and the jeans were just thrown at the bottom of the delivery box. Disgusting to say how much I paid for the order!

Very disappointed I received the wrong item! I understand mistakes happen I was more disappointed When I rung the customer service the phone line was really bad, i explained I had received someone else’s order. I was told I would receive an email that will tell me what to do! Nothing to say I’m sorry, we will get your order sent straight out. Unfortunately I havnt received this email! So I am stuck with 4 pairs of jean! I’ve reorder my original order hopefully it will be correct!

I love the quality of S&S. they are an amazing fit on me which helps - (slim and 6’ 2”). Stylish and extremely well made.

I ordered and paid for an item that they say was delivered but I have FedEx routing that shows it was
Damaged and returned to sender. I have emailed them multiple times without a response to my order (except one email saying it was delivered). I have called at various times of the day and no one ever picks up the call. I have filed a dispute on the charge via Amex.

I purchased an item and had to return it so I could get another size. The lady said she will pop the size on hold for me for when the shoes came in she will dispatch the correct size. I paid for my return and after 2 weeks of not hearing back from them I called them up, they said they had not received the item. I locate the parcel and it said it had been delivered 1.5 weeks ago. I call back up and they don’t have the correct size shoe anymore. They do nothing about it and offer me a refund. I am not happy at all, terrible lack of communication from them. I could of had the shoes if they checked their PO Box earlier.

I did not receive my item and the address provided was correct. I would like a refund now.

I have no issue with the quality of merchandise and actually like it. Their customer service or lack of is appalling. I needed to return something and they did not provide a packing slip. I left 3 vm's and 2 emails to their customer service dept. to get a return label emailed. Nothing - no response to either. No excuse . I am sharing my experience with others.

I’ve bought only a face mask and I’m really happy with it. It is very comfortable, the material is good, the print is amazing and there is the clip for the nose and the pocket for the filter. The little pochette to store the mask is really nice too. Also the delivery was quick (I’m in the UK). So I would definitely recommend it.

Bought a couple pairs of jeans and pants from them and every single pair fits nothing at all like the pictures. Waste of money for the price tag when cheaper jeans fit better.

Bought Ralston jeans in Icon Blauw. Fantastic fit and a good quality product. I was so pleased that I bought another pair. Products were nicely wrapped and promptly delivered. Two reasons for not giving 5 stars: the political messages that they like to pump out over social media and their website are tedious rubbish and a little off-putting; the second reason is that the Ralston jeans in the good colours disappear, never to return. A little consistency here with permanent products that you can always buy would be very helpful.
