Would recommend 100% and will use again.Goods are well wrapped and arrive within there timeline.

Had some minor issues with sorting through ordering process but once resolved site is easy to use and offers an amazing selection of well known malts plus access to some hidden gems. Knowing your love of Scottish Malts it is well worth logging in and having a browse but don't blame me when you can not resist clicking on join and filling your basket. When I see you next you may well be a few pounds down but smiling at a wealth of gems!

Have now ordered 3 times from Scotch whisky express, and I can not fault them in anyway. What you see on their website is what you get and they have in my view teamed up with a very good courier.

The whisky is great, nice taste. The delivery was poor, I had to chase them up for none delivery, then it turned up.

Have bought some whisky I first bought many years ago.It went out of production, came back and is again closed down so the bottles I have purchased are special to me. I enjoy the tasting notes and building a collection for me to enjoy at my leisure and at good prices is a pleasure.

Fantastic service and the Founders Club really is something else.
Regular e-mails and some fantastic offers. Can't fault the service at all.

Absolutely brilliant company with second to none customer service. Ordered an item and part of the package contents were broken on arrival. One email to let them know what had happened and a replacement of the whole order was sent straight away. This is customer service at its best! Fabulous company, fabulous items. Online shopping at its best!!!

I emailed the info email address and got no response. That's bad customer service I'm afraid. Dad received whisky in good time, but I'd have liked confirmation from the company my specific delivery instructions were received as my dad is disabled. Disappointing.

Very useful website and effective service for ordering whisky via the internet with some good offers for members from time to time. Only down side is the volume of promotional emails which can arrive almost on a daily basis and which I would prefer to see cut back to no more than one email a week.

Made my Dad a very happy chappy. Bottoms up.
