My experience with UPTRA Careers / Scott Blostein

I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before paying this company. I joined a professional coaching program offered by UPTRA Careers, led by Scott Blostein, after it was advertised as a structured, personalized system with direct guidance and measurable results. Once payment was made, the service I received was entirely different from what had been presented. Most of the material consisted of generic, pre-recorded content, several promised modules were never delivered, and there was little to no individualized support. When I raised these issues, the owner acknowledged in writing that the program “was not up to standard” and offered a refund as compensation. Despite multiple polite follow-ups, that refund was never issued and communication eventually stopped. This pattern left me feeling misled and out the full amount I paid. I’ve since documented the matter with consumer-protection authorities and decided to post this account so others know to be very cautious. If you consider doing business with UPTRA Careers or Scott Blostein, insist on detailed written deliverables, confirm timelines, and do not send payment until you have clear, verifiable commitments in writing. My experience was one of unfulfilled promises, missing content, and poor accountability, and I would strongly encourage prospective customers to think carefully before engaging.
