Horrible service and wrong item
Ordered Multicam kilt 15 June. Received mail order was complete 24 June. Received Kilt 9 July. Went downhill from there. They sent me wrong kilt (DEFINATELY not Multicam) and refuse to correct their mistake. It says UK based company but the kilt was sent from Pakistan. They even said they they send wrong kilts knowing they’re wrong but costumers don’t complain. They just ship what they see fit if the ordered kilt is unavailable. They claim that because I received and item their part of the deal is done. I told they I’d be fine with either new kilt or a refund and I’d take the hit on shipping. They refused this also. Pretty appalled by their service. They were good at replying to the complaint but would do nothing about it. Now they’re ignoring my messages.
Reviews on their website are screened and negative ones don’t seem to show up. Will definitely not order from them again.
