We had 2 transfers last week from and back to Glasgow Airport, on both occasions the drivers arrived on time, were very polite and pleasant to deal with. Booked on the website and then via email, response confirmation within a few hours. £18.00 each way to Central Station, cost confirmed at booking, so on surprises.
Highly recommend them.

Great and reliable service - picked us up from the airport and got us home with no fuss or problems.

Recently used Scottish Transfers to get us to and from the airport. They were excellent, friendly and punctual! Travelling with young children isn't easy but they provided us with car seats which was ideal and helping with the luggage made the whole process stress free. Definitely recommend and will use them again. Thanks to drivers Aftab and Sal.

Would totally recommend these guys - easy booking system, good rates and an all round excellent service. In particular I'd like to recommend a fine chap called John - chatty, patient, helpful and generally just a pleasure :)

Right price chatty ride in and out of town. Highly recommended way to connect with airport and city centre. Our driver was courteous on time and always kept eyes on road. Felt safe at all times. Hence arranged for him and his firm to collect me n spouse for return ride to Glasgow airport. Saved me money to cutting out agent fee booking direct.

Excellent reliable service, right on time, in fact before time, very polite and nice drivers. All vehicles equipped with card readers and electronic receipt facilities. It is now my preferred taxi service in Glasgow. Thanks guys.

We had tried to book a taxi for an airport transfer via their own website - the website didn't work and "confirmed a booking" for 1 person with 8 bags (not what we wanted or had tried to ask for - I still have the emails). We then booked another transfer via Taxicode who used Scottish Transfers (but under another name - Glasgow Airport Transfers). This had the correct details 5 people, 5 bags. Both confirmation emails received had different reference numbers. Contacted Scottish Transfers to cancel the booking reference with 1 person and 8 bags. Day of transfer - no one appears and mad dash to the airport and had to leave the car there. It turns out Scottish Transfers cancelled BOTH bookings (2 different references) and advised Taxicode we had cancelled the booking we had made through them - which we hadn't. Taxicode didn't bother to confirm anything with us and charged us for cancelling late notice. They also took 2 additional amounts from our account which bank had to classify as fraud. We tried to contact Scottish Transfers to get them to help sort the issue. They just kept denying any responsibility and said they had "cancelled the booking as requested" - they never replied as to which booking reference they cancelled as we had 2. They said we weren't their customer and they had no responsibility to help us. When we asked for a copy of all info they had on the issue (which they had already advised us they had sent to Taxicode) under new GDPR laws, they replied saying they "held no info". Interesting seeing as they had advised they had sent info about us and our booking already. Took no responsibility and then blocked from Facebook when I had tried to contact them privately to sort the issue rather than posting publicly. They are happy to receive good reviews but are unable and unwilling to help in negative issues as seen in other negative reviews on Facebook. Good customer service involves being able to deal with both good and bad situations. These people can't cope with negative issues or responses. Ended up costing us £120 as they incorrectly cancelled a booking and couldn't admit that. Avoid.

I arranged my taxi before travel and paid online which was great. The invoice was on my laptop so no chance of losing it. I landed and had a clear text from Lynn who was my driver as to where she would be. I was picked up in a timely way, so important for this trip not to be worried. Lynn was a delight to chat to and equally polite when I needed to work. Would definitely recommend Scottish Transfers.

Scottish Transfers - the easiest 5 star review to give. This company are everything you want from a taxi firm - always on time, friendly and professional drivers, with great customer focused service. On top of that their rates are competitive with flexible payment methods. All adds up to a winning formula I am happy to recommend to all.

One more trip to airport with Scottish Transfers and another example of first class customer service. Cars are comfortable , drivers are friendly and they are reliable in every way. Can't tell you how many times traditional taxi companies have let me down with airport transfers . Not with ST. Great service, text Alerts, good app and competitive pricing. Top notch all round. Would consider no other company.

Brilliant service, we called to ask if they could collect us earlier than our original time, and they were happy to do so. Our driver Graeme C was very friendly, informative and helpful. Will use again and would recommend to anyone!
