Big thank you to Moira in the Bereavement team
At an extremely difficult time for me personally, with the recent death of my husband, Moira from the bereavement team was exceptional in the way she handled my call. So helpful, kind and considerate. Moira was able to access information regarding not just my late husbands’ Scottish Widows annuity and spousal benefit, telling me exactly what my payments would be going forward, but also details regarding other Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank accounts as well. Having Moira deal with my call was an absolute pleasure.
