Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a leather bracelet for my husband’s Christmas on 12th December. Unfortunately, through no fault of Scottsberry the parcel didn’t arrive for 23 days. During this time I contacted Scottsberry. I spoke to a lovely lady called Sandra. She couldn’t do enough to help me. She organised a replacement bracelet to be sent to myself straight away. This was shipped immediately and i received an email confirming such. In between times the original parcel turned up. I contacted Scottsberry to advise I now had received both parcels. They were so gracious and told me to accept the replacement bracelet as a goodwill gesture for the delay of my order. The quality of the bracelet is exceptional and my husband was over the moon to receive it!! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from or recommend Scottsberry. Also their Customer Service is superb, if for any reason something does go wrong,. Thanks again Sandra for all your help!

received my order of 1 pair men's…
received my order of 1 pair men's shirt sleeve garters, colour black, the bands are scratched bright metal showing through ,with slight discolouration ,not what i would expect from a company with a good reputation ,if i didn't need these for an event this weekend i would return them for a refund ,however i do need then so will keep them but wont use this company again

Great result
i was in a rush (as always) for something very specific, and the tie and handkerchief were delivered in 3 days to Montreal from Sweden.
Don’t forget duty of course, but a great result overall.

The scarf is very nice, but…
The scarf is very nice, but it has a terrible chemical smell. I have kept it outside for 5 days and the smell has now a slightly milder odour. But this doesn’t seem right
