Tanya from the online team made my purchase incredibly straightforward. Communication was quick, the instructions were clear, and the whole process of buying my golf shoes felt easy from start to finish.
As someone relatively new to golf, good customer service makes a real difference. I’ve visited other golf retailers where being a beginner has sometimes left me feeling a little intimidated or overlooked, especially when I’ve had what might seem like fairly basic questions.
My experience with Scottsdale Golf was completely different. Tanya and the online team made me feel comfortable asking those questions and gave me the support I needed without making the process feel complicated.

Due to the address not being fully specified, the courier driver has been unable to accurately identify the correct delivery location and, as a result, has not been able to complete the delivery. I completely appreciate how frustrating this must be, particularly when you are expecting your order to arrive.
