90 day Tourist Visa.
I tried to do a 90 day tourist visa myself.
I found that I could not do this and it was turning into a nightmare. Then I found Scott’s Visas.

Robert was very professional in every way and he handled everything. It was a very quick process to get the visa and the COE Certificate.

I needed a visa for Thailand in quick time so decided to use Scott's after seeing the many good reviews. Marc worked quickly and efficiently and everything was completed in under 2 weeks. I arrived in Thailand yesterday very happy.

Enquired about getting ONE A4 document authenticated and sent to Taiwan from UK. Response was swift and polite and well mannered. However..........
They quoted me £250 + VAT for just service fees.... Then just over £50 to get the actual documents I needed authentictaed ( I still have to pay seperately and provide them with the document first of course)....Then wait for it..... £75 to post it to Taiwan ...I get they need to make money and charge for their time and resources, etc....but c'mon, the markup is ridiculous......It's probaly the same cost for me to fly back and do it myself... All they are doing are taking the docs I provide them with , and getting them authenticated.......Safe to say I did not use this company....Please think about your prices

I shall keep this brief, but to the point. Robert helped me obtain my Thai visa during what was, and still is , i think the hardest time for a Brit to enter Thailand.
So much red tape...i could not face it myself, but Robert came to my rescue and made this not only possible, but easy for me. I consider he went over the call of duty to sort this visa out for me so i shall be eternally grateful.

I left Thailand March this year worked in Nigeria for 3 months left my vessel and flew to London I could not get back to Thailand as country was closed for all even Thai people. Six months I have been in holiday inn express Slough .I tried to go to Thai Embassy to get home but turned away. Then the country started to open up for us with retire visas but I did not know how to get the mass of paper I needed. This lady has saved my life she has done every thing possible for me police report finance visa insurance booking hotel Thailand for 14 day lockdown flight the lot she working even on Sundays for me then the final certifficate for entry was rejected lost flight every as I had wrong insurance my god no family no friends what was I going to do but again Monika helped me re done insurance in Thailand for me hotel rebooked flights and got me that certifficate of entry she got me covid tested today and all ok I fly home to family after ,9 months on Friday I cannot fault Scott's visa and Monika anyone needs help with visas for anywhere on the planet contact Scott's visa they are great and the cost of there work is very little for what they do. Well Monika Scott's visa thank you so much. A good caring company great.

I got a new job as a Travel Coordinator with very little experience, once of the first things I had to do was apply for the team to all have new Russian and Saudi visas and I could not of done it without the help with Minder and his team. I do not normally need my hand held; I usually prefer to make travel arrangements myself as I have done for thirty years. I was trying – and failing – to obtain my retirement visa for Thailand and found myself attempting to machete my way through the online application process. I had endless questions and could not find the answers. I consulted various – and contradictory – ‘information’ sites, and grew increasingly anxious that, at any point, I would miss something or misinterpret something, and all it would take was one land-mine, one wrong document, one wrong statement, and the whole procedure would collapse. Long-term visa applications can be laborious at the best of times – but, at the moment, it’s the worst of times because COVID has made the entire world uncertain. I admitted defeat and in a fit of desperation retreated to Google where I found Scott’s Visas. Superbly professional from start to finish, Marc answered those endless questions, clarified contradictions from other sources, itemised precisely what documentation I had to submit, reviewed my documents before submission, gave me accurate time-lines, communicated with me regularly and promptly, and offered clear advice at each stage of the application. This was my first experience of using an agency. I needed an ED Visa for my son for Thailand. My son’s situation was complicated. Robert was very professional, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I've never used an agency before - my with requirement for a Business Visa to Thailand during these times, and the need for a Certificate of Entry I felt I needed someone to help.

I chose Scott's Visa after google search. Aside from the rather informal name, giving me some room for pause, which I came to like, the price stood out as incredibly fair for what I knew would be an arduous process.

My application was handled by a Robert Lourens, and incredibly polite and formal correspondent.

All along the way Robert, was prompt and responsive in all my emails. Every detail was highlighted were necessary and I never felt 'lost' along the way

Time was never lost and everythign was done as fast as humanly possible (which was essential for me, and also with the RTE only doing postal applications during lockdown, delays would have been easy to bring in). Once I had all my paperwork for the CoE application, and sent to Robert, he replied 20 mins letter with the confirmation from the RTE. Outstanding.

My first ever Trustpilot review, but I feel this is a sort of 'tip' for the service I got. With such an agreeable fee I feel Scotts Visa deserve a clear thank you and recommendation as an extra reward!
