Our cat is very nervous and Kathryn always takes time and care to make sure he is ok. If there is a problem, she gives you a detailed report of what the potential concerns could be and the best course of action. She really explains all the complexities so that you understand what is happening. She doesn't make any assumptions or suggest the most expensive treatment. She suggests follow up visits, which I recommend booking in so that you get full scope of the treatment and its success. She isn't rushed, and genuinely loves animals. Our boy is very connected to Kathryn and it is a relief to know she'll go the extra mile for you (Even assisting with insurance and ongoing communication)
