The website was very easy to use, and the gentleman who phoned me was friendly, professional, and provided clear guidance along with a straightforward quote.
I asked for some time to discuss the quote with my husband, and this was accepted without hesitation. After I texted to confirm that I wished to proceed, the same gentleman called me back. He took me through the process again, explaining everything clearly and professionally.

Great customer service
Great customer service. We scrapped a recovery truck through Scrap Car Comparison, and did not get paid straight away by the chosen breaker yard. Scrap Car Comparion's team jumped straight on it and helped us sort it out. It was miscommunication between the driver and the breaker yard which caused the delay but SCC gave their all trying to resolve this issue.
Dropped a star because the amount we got for such a large recovery truck was quite low.

Not recommended. Stay away.
Not recommended. They offer a low price what i refused and contact me after with a better price just to find in the hidden selling contract a clause that let them lower the price after collection, not paying the car at collection and asking a cancellation fee of £120 I am if not selling my car at their terms and conditions. £5 at day fee to storage the car for inspections, and other charges with the intention to lower the price what we agreed on phone. This is nothing else than a national wide scam. Stay away.
