Brilliant service
Steve came out to collect my car and was brilliant, I was upset to see my car go but he understood and took my car away with no problems at all, quick, easy reliable service, hopefully I won’t have to scrap another car but if I do I would happily use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking to scrap their car :)

Online booking app was easy to use
The online booking form was easy to use, service was great, payment was much higher than comparison companies and was paid into bank account a few hours later as advertised. It was an easy and efficient hassle free process from start to finish and i would definitely recommend to anyone.

Superb organisation
Superb organisation. Got my car scrapped with no hassle. Everything went as planned including text messages to let me know when to expect the pick-up van and a very professional gentleman sorted out the paperwork at the point of collection.

DO NOT USE - POTENTIAL SCAM
Worst customer service and service in general I've come across in life so far. Booked my car to be removed on Friday PM, was advised I would get a call in the morning telling me what time collection will be alas no call, I then make other arrangements and receive a call at 12.10 saying they are there. I asked to wait for 15 minutes until I got back (I was 20 mins due to traffic) and they had left. I called their office and a chap answered and said "oh you're the lexus guy aren't you, yea don't worry about it mate" I asked when they would be returning and he hung up, I called back but the call was answered and immediately hung up.
Extremely poor service, found another company that came on the same day and offered more anyway.
DO NOT USE this has potential scam written all over it

But the driver's should always call 30 mins prior to any collection. If they confirmed with you direct, and they arrive, if you were late you can always call them but this time we are sorry that our service did not meet the expectations that we always aim for. Terrible company wouldn't recommend it. They took 2 days from my life, because no-one turned up for the car and nobody phoned either.lots of promises but no collection of the vehicle.

Extremely unprofessional, rude obnoxious- possibly a con
Do NOT use this company. They are absolutely hopeless.
When first booking it in the person I spoke to was woefully inept at her job, tried 2 or 3 times to book it in on a day I had said i was not available, she just couldnt get it through her skull.
There was some rubbish left in the car, the driver refused to collect it.
I then dealt with Faith, she needs a new career because frankly customer service is not her strong point. She was rude to the point of being agressieve and refused to put anything in writing
I seriously question the legitimacy of any company refusing to put anything in writing

We apologise that you experienced this but our driver will not collect a vehicle full of waste. We have spoken to the driver and confirmed that it was not some rubbish that was left in the vehicle. Staff had advised you that the waste would need to be removed if the collection would go ahead. Further to this the driver was provided with verbal abuse when they refused to collect. They didn't turn up
I booked a slot for 12-7pm on Tuesday 7 April. Booking was easy and the car was ready to be collected. However, Scrap Car Network simply did not turn up.
There was no phone call, no email and no communication at all. I had taken the day off work and the lack of respect for my time was appalling.
After leaving a review explaining the situation the company then cancelled the pick up via email.
Awful service. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: Company has replied implying I gave them an incorrect number. I did not. They just didn't bother getting in touch.
