Exceeded Expectations.

I found these guys online and ordered a one off piece of work. They were fast at responding, happy to make changes to drafts and behaved in a manner I would expect if I were a long standing customer ordering 2,500 pieces at a time.

The quality of the work was excellent and their attitude 100% professional.

Paul and his colleagues at Screentec were very helpful along the way to getting our custom ring binders made up. They were delivered the day after I approved the final proofs. Very happy with Screentec's service and would use them again.

I would recommend this Company to anyone requiring Binders with custom Artwork. They gave a fast response to the request for a quote and at a reasonable cost, and then followed up with speedily answering any questions in a very professional manner. They then made sure that the supplied Artwork looked great on their quality padded A4 binders. I was surprised at the short time they required to supply the quoted for binders and I am very pleased with the finished product. I will definitely be using them again when I need custom artwork on binders.

Don't you just love it when you get excellent service? Not just excellent service but someone who goes that extra mile to solve a problem for you? The staff at Screentec couldn't have been more helpful with my order.

My original order was pretty straight forward printed A4 black ring binders. All my emails were answered quickly, the design approval sent quickly and amendments dealt with straight away. I then received my completed order in plenty of time. The product was exactly what I had ordered and the quality was superb.

When I then realised I needed one A3 folder the staff (especially Harry) could not have been more helpful. They sourced the folder I needed and arranged for it be adapted to match the A4 folders. Way beyond what I had expected and all sorted out very quickly. That's the type of service that a company should be proud of and I have no hesitation in recommending Screentec.

I had an idea of what I wanted but the team brought my concept to life. Superb customer service, everything was done very promptly and efficiently but more importantly, the team were very friendly and genuinely keen to do a good job. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

I can't praise these guys enough! We needed some new 'To Let' boards for work as ours were looking a little tired. After sending our logo and a couple of emails later, we were presented with a proof. Absolutely no problem to make amendments and we signed it off ready for print. What we received was more than perfect!! A real depth of colour and a crystal clear, fresh looking board!! So much so we have hung one in the office as wall art!
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys as their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is second to none. In fact we have ordered more!
