The best gluten free brownies
I have had the gluten free brownies a few times, they always come quickly in perfect condition in a cute box. These are the best gluten free brownies I have ever had, super chocolatey and gooey, you would never know they were gluten free!

Delicious fresh brownies
Delicious fresh brownies arrived in perfect condition due to robust packaging. All were lovely but the Cherry Bakewell was a favorite. Would definitely recommend and will certainly order again.

Delicious, brownies
I ordered 6 brownies recently from Lucy. The website is easy to navigate, I find it helpful to see pictures of the different flavours she makes.
I choose a date for them to be delivered, for my wedding anniversary, and they arrived on time.
The brownies were well packaged, and arrived undamaged and not squashed.
They were delicious, moist and very tasty and moreish.
I have previously ordered from Lucy before.

Great idea for a birthday gift
My son is at uni as a 1st year and I wanted to send something sweet for his first birthday away from home. The package arrived quickly and in great condition. I ordered the 6 pack option and chose the flavors I knew he liked. He said they were delicious. Thanks for the hand written note in the box as well.

Perfect brownie selection
I ordered these brownies for my sister in law for her birthday. I have to admit it was chosen completely at random after doing a quick Google search but I was certainly not disappointed with my choice!! It was very easy to order and they were sent out on time without any problems.
The report that I had back was that they were the biggest most delicious brownies she’d ever had. It was also really great that I got to pick the flavour combinations unlike other brownie places who seemed to have set combinations to choose from.
I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great gift or a personal treat 🙂

My review removed after her email
Disgusted that my previous review was removed because it was not to praise lucy.Lucy emailed me after the review not happy with it at all and blamed Royal Mail for state package received in.No resolution to case ,was told I should have contacted her in first instance and my review damaged her standing so she got it removed.

I am so confused where this has come from, and the reason behind it ?
A person with a different username left a 1* Google review without any prior attempt to contact me, or trying to resolve any issue they perceived.
The Google review alleged the poster received a box of brownies which she said were squashed in transit, unfortunately, this can happen, however. The “Customer” did not contact me or give me any opportunity to resolve any complaint, as this could easily have been resolved, like any issues in the past, no matter how rare, instead a 1* review appeared from a person who had never been a customer, with no order number.
The poster now alleges I have removed her review, which is simply untrue. A business simply cannot remove a Google review, only the original poster can.
A 1* Google review, the only 1* review, and the only review less than 5* I have ever received, is still on my Google account, and I cannot remove it.
Clearly the reason for leaving the review is not to resolve an issue with delivery, but for reasons only they are aware of?
Unfortunately I received a similar review from a competitor when I first started out, to try and undermine my business.
I do not understand why on earth any genuine customer who allegedly had a problem with an online order from a Company, would not first contact the company directly? surely that is the normal thing people do !!!!
I have nearly 200 5* reviews, nearly all are praising not only my amazing brownies, but my customer service, therefore any complaint I received, I would have easily resolved.
I was never contacted by a customer to raise an issue with an order, as these are very rare, all I received was a 1* review on Google from a person not on my customer base, which is still there, and now this person is trying the same on Trustpilot, under a different username.
It is such a shame dishonesty like this can happen, where somebody can try to ruin a businesses reputation for reasons best known to them?

Fantastic brownies
We have received a box of brownies as a gift and liked them so much we have then sent as a gift to others! Plenty of choice and great value. Website clearly states that they post out on a Tuesday and a Thursday - we ordered on a Tuesday morning and delivered next day, which was brilliant. Will definitely order again.

Amazing brownies and gift
Amazing brownies!
I ordered 6 as a birthday gift for my daughter, delivery was on time, packaging and contents were perfect, even going through the letter box.
Quickly becoming a family tasting session once each one was opened, we loved them all. Really moist and gooey! Probably malteser was our favourite, but it was a tough call. We could not find fault with any. They made a wonderful birthday surprise and a week of fun for the family as we tasted our way through the box. Perfect present and I'm so pleased I found Lucy !
Go for it, you will not be disappointed!

The best Nutella brownies!!
I walked past the Scrumptious by Lucy stall twice, trying to tell myself that I really should be sticking to my diet plan. But the range of brownies and cookies which are beautifully displayed on the stall were too much to resist! So much choice, would it be the salted caramel brownie, would it be the Malteser brownie? In the end I opted for the Nutella brownie. I was even offered a choice of corner piece or middle piece. The portions are generous, especially for only £3!
So glad I listened to my heart rather than my head. This was probably the nicest brownie I have eaten. Rich and chocolatey and with just the right consistency.
Next time you are in Sheffield station you need to stop here and support a wonderful small business, with the best brownies.
