I was supposed to get the GLIDES GLIDE 30MM SELF ADHESIVE on my couch it was a bit of busy day ( rain plus 7,30 am delivery) when the brought sofa in and I noticed this hasn’t been added as promised , so disappointed on that ,but I’m in love with my couch so far I tried to call several times but it’s hard to get trought to shop plus sofa it’s already build in my living room ,I wish I would of been on the ball a bit more that morning this should of been supplied and it wasn’t so disappointed

Delivery men were pleasant and professional in delivering the sofas
Delivery was short of 8 slide shoes and delivery person unable to connect up Bluetooth sound system.

Advised would be Tuesday , nothing arrived then advised Wednesday nothing again .
Now received notification been delivered THEY HAVE NOT. Delivery was to my sons business

Now this is my second attempt with trying to get a response from you.
We had our Sofa delivered last July but the leather care pack was never delivered with it.
My wife and I have been back to the store 6 times now and at each time they have emailed the depot asking for this care kit to be posted to us.
On my last visit to the store I saw an email from the depot saying they would not post is because they were not willing to pay for postage.
Also I did follow your advice of clicking on the link you provided but have not had a reply from that.
I’m seriously considering legal advice and taking you to a small claims court if nothing is forthcoming in the next 10 days

WHY HAS IT TAKEN YOU 7 DAYS TO NOT GET BACK TO ME OVER A SIMPLE MATTER?

We recently bought the Ardwell recliner sofa from SCS and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the moment we walked into the store, everything felt easy and relaxed — no pressure, just helpful advice. Shirley, our sales advisor, was an absolute delight. Friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable, she took the time to talk us through the options and helped us find exactly what suited us best. Nothing was too much trouble and she genuinely made the whole process enjoyable.
The Ardwell recliner itself is fantastic — super comfortable, great quality, and looks perfect in our living room. You can really feel the difference in build and finish. It’s quickly become everyone’s favourite seat in the house!
Big thanks again to Shirley and the team. Great service, great product, and a really positive experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Stuart was Very helpful made the whole experience lovey. Such a pleasant friendly man. Did not even feel like we where in a store- felt like we where visitors in his home. Very knowledgeable answered all our questions.

We arrived late one night to see about purchasing a new L sofa. Lara at the Aberdeen store was beyond lovely and helpful, talking us through some different options and making sure everything was clear. We left happy with the decision we had made and had a great experience shopping there

From purchase to delivery, process was seamless. Kept informed throughout the build up to delivery date. Delivery team arrived within the time slot provided, were courteous helpful and built the furniture with ease. Absolutely delighted with the experience.

In store, Peter was knowledgeable and helpful and gave us space to make our decision. The delivery eventually ended up alright. It took them 45 minutes NOT to get it in through the front door, even though we explained going through the conservatory would probably be easier. They did eventually try the way we suggested and it took 10 mins. My husband was asked to sign to say there was no damage to the sofas, which he did. Unfortunately he never read the thing he signed cause it said we had received the fabric care kit (which we hadn't). Also, on first go of opening up the storage part of the sofa, the handle came off - its been reported (by us and the delivery guys), so hopefully this will be fixed soon. Happy to edit this review when things are fixed. Also, gloss on doors which was newly painted has been chipped so we'll need to fix that too (which is annoying). Apart from all that, we really like our sofa.

Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful with us throughout the whole process in choosing our new sofa. He was on hand with any questions we had & was really accommodating and informative when it came to us choosing our colour, fabric etc (patience of a saint!) Overall a great experience with SCS, would defiantly recommend.

Shirley couldn't have been more helpful, she answered all queries and provided all information sought. She was also very pleasant and easy going. I would recommend SCS and also Shirley to anyone looking to buy a new sofa.

Delivery guys were in touch to let us know how long they would be. When they arrived, they spoke through their plan of action. Unloaded all boxes ( 10 in total ), laid down thick matting and proceeded to unbox sofa and take into the property. Then built up the sofa and helped position, they were very forthcoming and informed us of everything they were doing. Great pair of guys. They did final checks and pointed out 1 small fault that they would report and informed us that we shoukd hear withing 48hrs. Excellent throughout.

Shocking after sales experience. Our sofa was guaranteed Xmas delivery, delivery date was changed three times and finally arrived 31st of December. The sofa was too big for the space and wrong colour I asked for the driver to take it back we were told to accept part of sofa and it would be returned for another of our choice . Going in to the store we got a different story we had to take the sofa regardless and they would not offer an exchange . Terrible treatment has happened since then promising to call back .nothing and still no complete sofa .
