I wasn’t home when they called my husband was and he said the delivery guys were amazing they brought my beautiful chair straight through to the lounge and put it all together they were friendly and put him at ease we are pensioners so that ment a lot I’m delighted with my chair thankyou

Cannot fault the store in Aintree - Kate was so helpful and patient and we picked the sofa and then chose the fabric - waited 15 weeks for delivery and it arrived Wednesday this week and... the fabric feels cheap and stiff, the cushions are not stuffed symmetrically so one arm has dents, and the back isn't level. I pointed this out to the delivery guy who punched it down and said 'it'll settle'. It hasn't. The delivery men hassled me to sign to say everything was ok, getting impatient when I said 'let me just check' - that was when I noticed the back was wonky. I can't express how disappointed I am. I have been 18 months trying to find what I thought was the perfect sofa for the room and I feel like I've got a cheap solution - its definitely not as nice as the one in the showroom - stuck with it now thought but it was an expensive £1400 lesson for me - my last 2 sofas were from DFS and I should have stuck with what i knew.

Louis the sales man was excellent at his job any questions we asked he was very knowledgeable and answered them accordingly he was really helpful with us picking our furniture and explained everything in detail. He was a very friendly person to talk to

From the very warm welcome upon entering the store, to the knowledgeable and very helpful sales person, then right through having my suite handmade to my specification and finally the great guys who delivered and built it. A very good experience. I would recommend this company.

We waited 16 weeks for this suite to arrive when it did it was delivered without any issues and on inspection looked fine. After a week or two we noticed that there seemed to be an issue with the cushion on the recliner but thought it would settle which it didn’t so I contacted the company through there online form and submitted it for someone to address this issue. We have had the suite only a matter of 4 weeks. I then received an email telling me that unfortunately they couldn’t find a problem with the suite (how they can
Assess that when no one has been to look at it) they said the reason for their decision was that the suite had not been maintained in accordance with the care guide. This is not over by any means. If this is the way customers are treated having the product a mere 4 weeks then that says a lot about this company I would certainly never use them again and will make sure people are aware.

Buying the sofa was no problem the staff in the shop were very friendly and very helpful. The two delivery men tried three different door to get the furniture in and said they couldn't do it they may have to take it back to the shop. I pointed out the large sofa in the lounge which had come through the door he said it was smaller but measuring it it was the same size as the new one. My son called round and helped the to get it through the door no problem. They did say the job before they had to take it back to the shop. It makes me wonder how many people will be disappointed when with a bit of manoyvering the can do the job.

Ciao, our delivery was fantastic! Our delivery guys Peter & George were polite, courteous and very friendly! They still held that professional style but were chatty, engaging and respectful! Our sofas/footstool were delivered with care, safe handling and respect that they deserved! Cannot rate or recommend Peter & George highly enough!!!!

Beautiful, comfortable sofas. It was a lovely experience buying them in-store on the launch day of Poltrone - got great assistance from a female member of staff - gentle, informative encouragement, no pressure at all. Free coffee, bag, tape measure!

Delivery highly efficient. Sofa was available a little ahead of time but still flexible on delivery date. Got email re morning or evening as promised, then more refined estimate early morning which proved accurate.
