Very poor communications
Very poor communications. I ordered a sofa at the end of October and I have been told to expect delivery around the 16th December however I haven't even had an email confirming my sofa or detailing my order. I had to pay nearly £1k deposit to guarantee Xmas delivery but was promised I would get £700 back once the finance was confirmed. Had to jump through numerous hoops over weeks to get this money back and had to wait hours to get through on the phone. I am now 1 week before 'delivery' and I still haven't had confirmation of my order or a date despite being told on the phone the details had been posted and emailed to me. Very poor service.

I had a couple of false starts where I received a delivery notice, and delivery didn't happen. However, my couch came today and the guys were really courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were very mindful of my property. I'm loving my new couch now.

The delivery guys were good and tried…
The delivery guys were good and tried their best. But be careful people! SCS will sell you sofas which won't go in via your external door and then will try to charge you £200 for a upholsterer to dismantle and re assemble the sofa in the room you intended it for. I am still waiting for the Bradford store manager to call me back and maybe they will do the right thing and not scalp me for another £200 when I have already spent £4000 with them. Let's see but not impressed at all.

Great Sofa & Delivery
Fantastic service in the shop by Zafar. We never intended to buy a sofa that day but we popped in just to look and ended up buying the perfect sofa! Our initial delivery date was delayed but only by 3 working days and it was stress free throughout.

My furniture was easy to order in store…
My furniture was easy to order in store at Bradford. It took about 9 weeks to be delivered from Italy. For some strange reason the delivery note had the wrong address which nearly caused a last minute itch but the delivery guy managed to sort it out. The guys brought my furniture to where I wanted it and put it together and tested it.

Corner Sofa and Susan.

4 weeks after expected delivery date and still waiting. I ring up every other day to be told the same lie. It’s being sent from the manufacturer three times. If your in a rush don’t buy from here
