Pleasant and helpful member of staff Dylan at Bromborough Branch. He took time to listen to our needs and advise us accordingly. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and his manner was very professional. The timescale of delivery was exact and we were given realistic information of when our suite would arrive. Staff kept is updated on delivery day and the delivery staff were professional and helpful.

Warm welcome upon arrival, store looking clean, spacious, cool, furniture not crammed together which was good. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about all of the sofas, they also left you alone to browse which was great because it’s very off putting when a staff member follows you around when all you want is to browse.

The process was great from start to finish. Emma introduced herself and explained the process of choosing a suite, fabric etc and then gave us space to browse. She kept giving useful tips whilst we were looking. Once we had chosen the suite she helped with fabric selection and accessories. Very pleased with the experience. Bromborough Store, Wrral

The delivery was everything I expected, on time, the guys were very professional, thorough & very quick. The sofa is very comfortable, relaxing and looks great.

Unfortunately the delivery time kept on being postponded which is not anyones fault because one can not control trraffic,im just happy my sofas arrived safely.

The staff were extremely helpful. I found the process of ordering my chosen furniture easy. Everything was explained in detail including the waiting time of approximately 14 weeks.

Staff in shop were helpful and friendly. Waiting time, was a little longer than expected, but I liked the sofa, so was happy to wait. Delivery was good and the two sofas were put together quickly. So far, no concerns and sofas are comfy.

Kept well informed about the time of delivery and how far away from our home they were this was updated on a regular basis.The delivery men arrived at the expected time and were very professional and informative and checked that we were happy before leaving.

Whilst our delivery was a little delayed, when the delivery arrived the two people who came with the delivery were extremely efficient, polite and careful in offloading our suite and assembling same.

The staff go out of their way to help, it was a very relaxed and comfortable experience. I will definitely use their service again in the future.
