Great experience in buying a sofa
Great experience in buying a sofa, only went in to spec potential sofas but was given the suggestion to look in the clearance and found an ex display sofa and chair which was perfect. Ollie was amazing and supportive throughout the process.

Excellent service
The staff weren’t pushy they was there if you needed them for help and advice.
We went to other furniture stores but went back to ScS because of how nice the gentleman who attended to us and he even made us a coffee while we decided what colour fabric etc we wanted

One day I was sat in my annex dreaming…
One day I was sat in my annex dreaming of what sort of suite I would like to furnish it with, and the very next day, here I am luxuriating in the comfort and elegant looks of it! Amazing! My daughter kindly took me sofa shopping in Cheltenham. We went in SCS first and had a look round then I espied a beautiful two-seater and chair just a perfect colour and size for me. It just happened to be on offer too. Lucky me. I suffer from arthritis and when I sat in it, my back felt really supported and seat height was just right. A very helpful and understanding sales person called Mathue talked us through everything and gave us helpful advice. I didn’t want to make a rash decision so we visited other nearby furniture shops. Nothing caught my eye or felt as comfortable and sales staff were very pushy. Needless to say I soon returned to SCS and bought the suite Mathue had been so helpful with. It was delivered the next day! He was brilliant. Thanks!

Great experience from door to store
We have had a great experience from store to door.
Nathan at the store in Cheltenham was amazing, answered all question, haves us option all round great experience.
Delivery Kevin and Lee were great, phoned to say on there way, put the remaining bits of sofa together for me, unpacked and did the job great and two very friendly blokes.

Praise where deserved…
Our new sofas arrived to-day bang on time that we were told they would be. Kevin & Lee the delivery men could not of been more helpfull and courteous, we would recommend SCS to anyone if they are thinking of using them.

Salesman Nathan was helpful without being pushy,unlike our experience at a nearby furniture shop where my wife felt as though we were being shadowed too closely.
