Where is my Sofa ???
Ordered Sofa on 30/09 was finally being delivered on 18/12 Waited in all day yesterday for delivery tracking item at 4pm it showed up as being delivered to the store in Cheltenham not to our home address. NO contact to explain why you have not delivered the sofa. Have spent hours on the phone trying to speak to customer services queue time is over 130 mins and they just cut you offwithout answering. Not sure what we do know. Christmas is ruined with no sofa for our guests what a let down !

The delivery men brought the base of my sofa in and I asked if it had a protective cover on it as it was NOT the colour I had ordered. I said I didn't want it and for them to take it back. They coerced me into having it by saying 'use it and abuse it', we have reported it so there should be no problem getting it changed for the colour I ordered. I trusted them with this information, how wrong I was to do this. They were very persuasive as I thought they really didn't want the trouble of taking it back! The manager has had his instructions from head office and has washed his hands of the situation!!

The staff in the Cheltenham branch are…
The staff in the Cheltenham branch are absolutely fantastic unfortunately they are let down by the customer services team, and the fact that the track my order doesn't work. Been waiting for over 2 hrs for a call back, as who has over 2 hrs to sit on hold. I also submitted a query via the online form over a week ago and still no joy.

Chanelle was probably one of the best sales people I’ve ever dealt with. She was down to earth, answered our questions and not pushy! Often I find I leave a shop if the sales people are too “in your face”. Chanelle connected with us perfectly and we were more than happy to purchase two sofas.

Simon and Russell rang prior to delivery. Delivered to the room, took away packaging and ensured we were happy with our chairs before they left. All in all an excellent service.

John & Scott our delivery guys were amazing! Friendly, super helpful and got our new sofa into the room we wanted it.
