The delivery arrived within the time slot as the driver called 10min in advance just to notify us.The crew was extremely helpful, efficient and polite.We are very satisfied with the service. Thank you !

Dean and Christoper were really professional this morning,even asked if shoes ok. They took away all the rubbish, helped me position sofa correctly and even helped me move my coffee table. Chatty and just an over all great experience. Thank you boys.

Delivery of a sofa, armchair and footstool from SCS was seamless and executed to perfection. Communication was excellent. I knew the day they were coming and received a confirmation email beforehand. Then on the day I received an email with a tracking link. This told me how many deliveries were before me and an estimated ‘hours’ time frame. This allowed me to get on with jobs with confidence of not missing the delivery.
I also received a call from the delivery guys Stefan & Alex to confirm I was the next delivery and that they should be with me in an hour.
On delivery, the furniture was unpacked and brought into the house with ease and in sections. The sections were connected together, the feet were screwed on and the furniture was then placed where I wanted it.
I was really impressed with this delivery and couldn’t have wished for anything better.

We were very happy with our sofa delivery. We were reminded of the delivery the day before and updated on the morning with a small window if time when they expected to be with us. We then received a phone call letting us know when they were about 30 minutes away.
Jason and Travis were friendly and helpful and did a good job of manoeuvring the sofas into our living room and unwrapping and assembling them.
We have fairly new carpets and was impressed that they noticed and offered to remove their boots before coming in. We probably wouldn’t have asked them too, but we’re so grateful and happy that they were thoughtful and respectful enough to do so.

Em was really attentive and super helpful. She answered all our questions and explained all the legalities really clearly. Can’t wait for the new digs to arrive!

We have received excellent service from SCS from the friendly and helpful staff in the Dartford branch to the extremely efficient delivery and installation provided by Stewart and Reece who kept us informed of their arrival time and then completed the job quickly but very professionally.

Delivered to our front door. Boxes emptied on front path. Assembled in lounge. Quick delivery, very good in all aspects.

Sales lady great. Expected sofa delivery 2 months later. Had to chase up as waited nearly 3 months and no update. Given delivery date 4 months after placing order, then cancelled as the shipment hadn't arrived. Was told it'll be soon. Phoned Dartford branch who said they'll chase up. No reply. Phoned helpline again who left message for Dartford Manager a week ago regarding compensation and still no answer.

Was given a slot 0750 to 0820, arrived 18.15, whole day wasted, no point in having a slot not happy at all.

Delivery date was meant to be mid May. No notification of delay only found out on tracker which said 2/6/25 still no delivery now tracker says 10/6/25. No correspondence from company. Not good service

Waiting time was much longer than expected, and following up compensation still on going!

However the guys that finally delivered the sofa and chair were very helpful and polite.

I met advisor Andy at your Dartford branch. He was helpful, patient and he had the most loveliest smile. Andy left us alone (I had my daughter and her partner with me) so we could decide and discuss between ourselves on what was suitable for my need. He was always nearby to answer out questions.

We ordered from Dartford and had a pleasant experience with the staff. We were given a delivery date, but I've heard many discussions about potential long delays. I hope this is not the case, as I would like to leave a 5-star review. I have always used DFS in the past, and SCS was recommended to me. Let's hope I made the right decision!

Just had two sofas delivered by Jakob and Jack from SCS on time couldn't be more helpful and efficient great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SCS as we also received the same service from Larry at Dartford store when we ordered

We went to browse the sofas but the staffs in there so experieced and knowledgeable and had every answers to the question. The man who assisted was very tranparent with us and provided us with what we needed. All the staffs were friendly and we felt welcoming. The staff name was Paul and he is very good at what he does and so does all the staffs.
