Hi was very pleased when we went into the store. Was greeted by Mary who listened to what we wanted. Took us around the store then to the 2 seater sofa we were looking for. She went through all the things we wanted so we made the order. Delivery is in August so will wait to see what happens. So far very pleased & would like to thank Mary for her help & advice.

The company sent me a delivery time of between 11.30 and 12 noon and a link to watch the progress. My delivery arrived at 2pm, with no updates being available. Rather than lift my boxed sofa down the drive, the delivery driver rolled the box. I wasn’t impressed!

My wife loves the sofa she still has a smile 😃 on her face.

The staff in the shop were very helpful, but not pushy. The delivery service was excellent, all in all a very good service.

But for some reason my order got cancelled and reordered without me knowing didn’t get a phone call or anything and it’s going to be a longer wait than I was originally told.
But when ordering the sofa really friendly people and helpful.

Your staff was initative and could keep not disturbing customers when they are pondering to buy the shopping items or not. Quick response from staff when queries were raised.
But feel frustrated to note the ordered item required 12 weeks to deliver.

Great delivery from SCS. Plenty of communication from the drivers about the time they would arrive, phoning 45 minutes before they got here. Two very polite delivery guys. After setting the new suite up and in place they cleared everything up before they went and took the rubbish with them too.

I was at the Farnborough showroom where Owen was very helpful and assisted me with buying my sofas. Also helpful with arranging removing old furniture.

I ordered my sofa on 2nd Jan26 and was told it would be ready(16 weeks) 24th April 26. After waiting until after that date and no contact I called and was told that my delivery would be on 8th May 26. I was not given a time so I disposed of my old furniture and waited until 8th. On the day I was given a time slot of 16.55/17.25. I waited until 19.30 and still nothing. I understand things can go wrong but I thought they took a phone number so as to be able to contact if any problems. I heard nothing from anybody. I have rung the store from where I purchased and now I have to wait as the transportation depot doesn’t work on weekends. They have given a new date of 18th May but I am not available then. I now have nothing to sit on and they have my money and I have nothing. I was told I was not entitled to my money back as I had requested this as it’s in the contract. Maybe the buyers need to give the sellers a contract saying if they don’t fulfill there contract.

Friendly and warm sales staff, with support from an efficient team and excellent delivery of the furniture without any issues. Bought on the Sunday and delivered by the Thursday!

We were attended to by Mary in Farnborough store.
She was very friendly, attentive. Most importantly knowledgeable about products, she was helping us with. We then went on to buy two lovely armchairs.

Very friendly staff , the staff member Mary was very helpful showing us the colours of fabric , we even got a bag and tape measure excellent , the only downside was the wait for delivery 16 weeks far to long

Having visited earlier in the week, one of your assistants-Mary at your Farnborough store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not giving it the hard sell technique. I was given time to think, alternative options which included having the confidence in the products you are selling, see say to go and look at other competitors products.
Her honesty, integrity and belief if the quality of your sofas outshone anything or anyone else I had made contact with, whilst purchasing my new sofa. A huge confidence boost for me.

They were ok.but was not given any paperwork at the time
Ramg a few dsys later to ask if i could change to a darker colour but they said no.so am thinking maybe i will go to shop and cancel it
