Beautiful sofas the two lads who delivered them was very polite and helpful to help me a lot especially after having my knee replacement I couldn't fault them at all

Great customer service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left, Denise our customer service assistant was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave us great advice when we were looking around the store and helped us chose the perfect sofa.

We called into SFS-Poltronesofa on Alexandra Retail Park, Grimsby looking to buy new furniture. On entering the store we were welcomed by Wayne and we discussed what we were looking for and he guided us through the maze of sofa world. He left us to look and try at our leisure and then we decided what we liked so he came over & helped with our choice of fabric/colour etc. We had a dilemma on the size and came back later and Wayne helped us finalise what we needed. He was very helpful not pushy and super efficient with the order and paperwork. We would definitely recommend Poltronesofa and their staff to family and friends even to enjoy the wonderful smell that fills the showroom as soon as you walk in, very calming.

Showed me all the sofas and reclining chairs within my remit and we had a good laugh when I couldn’t decide. Well done to Paul and poltronesofa. Wayne was very personable and helpful when we visited the store. He provided us with lots of options and encouraged us to try all of the display furniture and even went above and beyond making us drinks whilst we browsed. He was very patient with us and was flexible when I changed my mind three times. Very satisfied with our experience.

Well laid out showroom with some beautiful furniture. Staff member was friendly without being pushy, very helpful and appeared when we needed him! We bought a reclining armchair at a decent price (reduced!) and are awaiting delivery.

Great helpful service

Italian range sofa squeeks and creeks when sitting on it or moving slightly. Seat cusion is squashed down and hardly padded any more
They sent a repair company out they use which basically said its normal for it to do that (SCS are paying the invoice obviously)

We visited the Grimsby store and the staff were very friendly and helpful right from us entering the store. The sales assistant introduced himself and told us a little about the company. He wasn’t pushy and told us to browse the store and he wasn’t there if we needed any assistance. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience a very pleasurable one resulting in us buying a new sofa.
