Big problem with SCS. Contacting, bad replies, felt badly treated. Very poor customer relations.
Spent alot of money, deserved much better treatment.

Tom and Paul let us know their ETA and arrived on time.
They were very polite and very respectful of our doorways and carpets as it was a wet day. They assembled our sofas very efficiently and demonstrated the recliners.
A really good experience with two real professionals who clearly work very well together.

What company can't produce a written invoice BEFORE you pay and insist on paying before you get an invoice? Also no phones into showrooms? All the negative reviews are within the last few hours/days oddly enough being counteracted by 5 star positive ones?!?! Something doesn't add up. Seeing how long this stays here......

Brought my elderly mum in to choose a sofa. The staff member (Sue) was very patient with her, especially not rushing her to make a decision. We took up quite a lot of time, but nothing was a problem for Sue!

Professional and friendly customer experience. Delivery was 10 days later than expected but we were kept well informed and the delivery guys were friendly efficient and respectful of our property. Given some of the reviews on Facebook and other sites we were a little worried but everything was very smooth.

Friendly efficient professional service

The two young men who delivered our settee today were very courteous and respectful of our property. They took great care to carry a very heavy settee into our living room and place it exactly where we requested. After setting up the settee they then carried out an inspection and checked it's operation. Thank you for their care.
